Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Close to hiking trails with a hot tub and sauna

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, near the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen for cooking and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine are in a separate building next to the cottage and adjacent to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra) and lounge area.

Two newly-renovated cottages located on a large hilly plot with many nice places. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm, you live comfortably but more compactly. Available: Apple TV, internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 people. Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to grocery store & bus stop. In Nävekvarn's harbor, there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Perfect house for the smaller party that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio. The plot where the house is located is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. The house is in new condition and fully equipped. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transportation with highway all the way to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
