Avskilt läge utan insyn längst in på tomten av en stor lummig trädgård med en egen upphöjd del av trädgården med gräsmatta vid huset, med grill och en liten uteplats under tak. Huset ligger i ett gammalt villaområde med gångväg till affärer och restauranger. Åby ligger nära både Norrköping, Kolmårdens djurpark, sjöar, skog och havet.

I stugan finns 1 st 160cm dubbelsäng och 1 st 120cm bäddsoffa. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder & handdukar går att hyra. Båt med åror finns att låna gratis. Gratis parkering finns utanför stugan. Laddning för elbil är ej tillåten. Ca 7 minuter med bil till Norrköping. 25 min till Kolmården. 5 minuter från E4’an.

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Egen Dusch, toalett ligger i en separat byggnad 20 meter från stugan. Stugan är utrustad med det väsentliga för korta vistelser. Kylskåp, kaffekokare, vattenkokare och Micro och husgeråd. Kokplatta o grill utomhus. Riinande vatten finns i duschutrymmet. Ta med er egna sängkläder och handdukar.
