Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

This vacation home is located on a quiet, blind road in Østermarie, not far from Svaneke and Gudhjem. The house is originally a year-round house with district heating. The entire interior of the home is bright and very well appointed. The kitchen is suitable for both cooking and conversation, and the living room on the 1st floor invites you to enjoy and relax. There are three good bedrooms and separate bathrooms and toilets. Pets are not allowed. It is 3600 m to the sea. The nearest store is located at a distance of 150 m.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

We open our little home to guests who want to experience beautiful Balka Beach. The cottage has a living room with terrace and lounge area in extension, a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom. We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included.

Nearest supermarket is in Nexø town 2,2Km away or in idyllic Snogebæk 2,5 km away. Minnas Stue has everything you need. The sun-drenched apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower room, which has underfloor heating and a toilet, is located on the lower level and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea. From the entire apartment, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the large garden. Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful places where you can linger.

Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
