Villa vacation rentals in Östermalm

We had a wonderful week at Julia’s beautiful home. It was just two adults and our daughter, but there was plenty of room for more, and we comfortably hosted some friends with kids for dinner one night. So nice being able to walk out the back door into the woods and the nearby small lake. Our 2yr old loved the toys, flowers, records, and books around the house. I enjoyed the sauna in the basement and the views out of every window surrounded by trees and other homes but feeling very private. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very comfortable with all tools and cookware we needed. In short, this is a wonderful family friendly home and we would happily return here again. Thank you Julia for sharing your home with us!

We stayed with three families and lots of kids. The playroom with tons of toys was a game changer. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed three cooks to cook dinner for us with ease. Getting into Stockholm and to the airport with the bus/train was very straight forward and practical. The supermarket is pretty close by in a huge mall, so while it’s quiet and private, you are not cut off. We loved it!

Great space for a larger group - the hosts were very nice and even left us some Prosecco and chocolates for our arrival. The house has plenty of amenities and felt like a home from home. Lovely open plan kitchen and dining area and local shops and deli are convenient. Djursholm is a classy and upmarket neighbourhood to stay in yet not far away from the city or local malls. Highly recommend the kids play centre called Flip Out in the Westfield Täby centrum ;) Morris the cat was also a favourite for the kids… such a nice cat! Would recommend a stay here.

Fantastic place to relax and perfect base to discover Stockholm and surroundings. Very nice garden where we even visited a couple of times from a couple deer. The cats, Ture and Mira, took care of the homey feeling. Maria was very reactive and helpful. We would definitely come back here.

Charming house with a Scandinavian spirit that we enjoyed very much. Perfect with kids. The pleasant location between forest and lake and the big city! Beautiful services. Tobias was always responsive and accommodating in our exchanges.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the tunnel bana (metro) to get easily into Stockholm. However it is also possible to stay local and to just spend a sunny day at the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very good host. We can highly recommend staying there.

In the published reviews, everything has already been said and mentioned extensively, I can only agree with that. We were allowed to use Linda's home over the Christmas holidays and spent the holidays there. We would especially like to thank you for the Christmas decorations of the house and the Christmas tree! In short, from the planning, payment, organization and communication with Linda, takeover and handover of the house, everything worked out well and easily. We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Thank You Therese!!!

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious house! The home beat all of our expectations with its high quality facilities. The house is very nice and well equipped with everything you can wish for, including a pool and a jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. The excellent barbecue was perfect for our evenings, and the proximity to nature created a soothing atmosphere. The swimming area which is only a two minute walk away was absolutely lovely and made our stay even better. The house was also very clean and well kept, and housekeeping was included which made everything even smoother. Our host, Linnea, greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. She was always available and incredibly flexible, which was greatly appreciated. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant.
