The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The cottage with its glass veranda, patios and garden is located in the edge of the forest overlooking meadow landscapes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, an oven and a fridge. Soapstone fireplace in the living room. Laundry in the basement. Bedding, linens and towels are included. Forest trails with berries and chanterelle picking. Cleaning is not included, but can be booked as an extra. Note: From November, it is only possible to stay in one of the bedrooms. 2 adults and 2 children. On cold days, you sleep downstairs in the living room.

To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer.
