Newly built, modern guesthouse in a cozy neighborhood with modern and nice material choices. The house is in a quiet location in the upper part of scenic Svärtinge. Here you live next door to the forest, several fishing and swimming lakes as well as a short drive to downtown Norrköping, Finspång and E4. Fully equipped residence with hall, bathroom, kitchen, common room and bedroom. For your information, during the summer of 2026, we will be making landscaping improvements on our property, but nothing that will affect access to the home. Warm welcome !

Nice villa with hot tub, close to both lake & city

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful space. There is play and relaxation for both adults and children. Take the SUP boards and walk down to the lake. Kick a ball and jump on the trampoline in the garden. Bathe in the jacuzzi and barbecue a good dinner on the patio. With a crackling fire in the stove, multiple TVs with Netflix, and large sofas to relax on, you can enjoy your vacation in any weather. You will sleep comfortably in beds for 4 people, with the option of extra beds for up to 8 people. Linens and bath linen are included.

Soldattorp 119

Here you can feel the wings of history in the walls. Soldattorp 119 is a well-preserved 17th-century cottage that has been renovated with feeling and care. The history and soul of the cottage is preserved, but at the same time it is equipped to suit all the wishes of the modern guest. The entire interior breathes calm, when you step over the threshold through the ocher-yellow double doors, have a cup of coffee on the glass porch or listen to the rain in our favorite armchair, the stress of everyday life already feels distant.

Norrköping S (Norsholm)

Cozy and newly-renovated guest house by Lake Roxen. Here you can enjoy the forest that is next door, birds chirping, beautiful Göta Canal and its boats. The beach is within walking distance of the house. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. Sofa bed 140 cm folded out. In Norsholm you can find nice restaurants, ICA Nära and café. Distance to Linköping and Norrköping is 20 minutes and popular Kolmården can be reached in 40 minutes.

With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Our village is surrounded by lush forests, beautiful lakes, and is one of the best places for outdoor activities. Enjoy a relaxing getaway, a peaceful stop on your way, or explore the tranquil nature. Singles, friends, childless couples, or business travelers are welcome! The cottage features a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a washing machine, AC, 2 parking lots, free coffee, and unlimited WiFi.

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Villa Kristall

Modern and fresh accommodation with access to patio, conservatory and playhouse. Here you live comfortably in a tastefully decorated basement with its own entrance on a very quiet street. Rejmyre is close to both nature and culture. A few hundred meters away is the craft village with glassworks and exhibitions. Rejmyre has a swimming area and a small marina with rafts to rent out in summer. There are many nature reserves close by as well as hiking trails and amazing bike trails.
