初めて女1人免許なしでこの規模での島の長期滞在でしたが、yukiさんやご家族のおかげで困ることなく楽しく安心してのびのびすごせました。 綺麗なキッチンも付いていたので毎日スーパーに行って島のフルーツやお刺身を買って朝ごはん夕ごはんをたのしみました。 島の方々からもおもいやりを感じました。 映画「めがね」の雰囲気を抜群に楽しむ滞在ができました。 都会にないものがたくさんあり、また来たいと思える旅ができました。 お世話になりました。 また来ます。

Shinobu-san's home is perfectly located metres away from the stunningly beautiful Sakibaru Beach. The cottage was clean & comfortable. We loved the traditional goemon-buro (cauldron bath). Shinobu-san was kind and friendly and even prepared some delicious welcome dishes for us upon arrival. As I speak conversational Japanese, we could communicate easily enough. Thanks kindly, Shinobu-san, for your hospitality. Highly recommend & I will return again with my family in the near future.

I feel so very lucky to have had the chance to stay here & to meet Yuki & her family. The views are stunning, the room is super clean, spacious & comfortable, the food at the cafe is delicious & the host family are exceptionally friendly & helpful! Absolutely stay here if you get the chance. I stayed for a week in the downstairs western style room, but next time I’ll try the Japanese style room upstairs. Yoron is one of my favorite places in Japan, but I also SUP & snorkel so Yoron is SUP heaven for me. I recommend a car or scooter. I brought my rental car over with the A-Line ferry company from Motobu, Okinawa. But if you don’t have a lot of gear & a scooter license ( a must for Japan) scooter or electric bike would work great to get around. I work remotely, & the wifi works best in the cafe & can be unreliable in the room, but if you’re not working, it’s not an issue. I was lucky and had perfect weather everyday in mid May. Don’t miss Yuki’s Dutch baby pancakes!

とても親切なご夫婦で、終始快適に過ごせました。 天井が高く開放的で、バスルームやバスタブも広く、海の見えるインフィニティプールも芝生も手入れは行き届いていました。 ルームフレグランスはニールズヤードでとても高級なアロマの良い香りで、トイレットペーパーも柔らかい良いもので、細かいところまでのおもてなしの心が感じられました。 ベッドは少し硬めなので好みによると思います。 また奄美に行く時は泊まりたいです。

とても清潔で快適なヴィラでした。 窓からの景色も絶景で目の前の海ではウミガメや珊瑚、魚が沢山見られました。ホストのKAZUYAさんも気さくな方で親切に色々気にかけてくださって、安心して過ごす事ができました。 1点だけハンバーガーショップのお客さんがヴィラの屋上で食べるのを知らなくて、プールや部屋の中が丸見えになってしまうのが気になりました。 奄美に来たらおすすめのヴィラです。 ありがとうございました。

三泊四日大変お世話になりました。清潔で建物もお洒落で海も空港も近く非常に良かったです。目の前の海ではスノーケルでウミガメがたくさん見る事が出来ます。

This villa is designed to host groups of people or families to enjoy sunset and have fun doing BBQ, as well as going out on night nature tours. This location is definitely under-explored and needs more recognition. The views are absolutely stunning. You need a car for the most convenience.

海の目の前で最高に景色がいい素敵なお宿でした。

Makiko’s place on Kakeromajima was a peaceful and unforgettable stay. The house was newly renovated, spacious, and beautifully traditional with tatami rooms and sliding doors. It felt like more than just a place to sleep — it was a cultural experience. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, including teas, coffee, oils, and a rice cooker. The shower was large and comfortable, and I loved relaxing on the beanbags or out on the patio. Makiko was a wonderful host — warm, helpful, and generous with local tips. She even helped with ferry reservations and checkout flexibility. The island itself is stunning: quiet beaches, amazing views, and a real sense of calm. I felt safe, rested, and inspired — and I’d absolutely return. It wouldn’t have been possible without Makiko’s thoughtful hospitality.

今回初めての奄美大島、初めてのゲストハウス利用でしたが、全てにおいて最高の旅行になりました。 利用した家族一同、満場一致でリピート確定いたしました。 素晴らしい景色、綺麗で美しい海、深い森、おおらかな空気感。 個人的な感想ですが、観光開発がまだ進みきっていない自然との共生感が、沖縄とかより好きでした。 ハウスのロケーションも非常に良く、空港からアクセスしやすく、車で3分くらいの土盛海岸がとても綺麗で近くて最高でした。 ハウス内の設備や備品も、隅々まで心配りがされていて、４日間の滞在でしたが不便に感じることが一つもありませんでした。 オーナー様のホスピタリティを感じました。 是非また改めて利用させていただきたいと思います。

it was a great place to stay with the ocean just a few minutes walk from the back door depending on the tide. it was extremely spacious and clean. I don't know how I'm going to go back to life in the US without a fancy toilet, Japanese style shower room, and deep bath tub

Das Haus ist toll direkt an einem ruhigen Strand gelegen. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus baden und schnorcheln. Wir haben sofort tolle Fische und Schildkröten gesehen. Vom Wohnzimmer und von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer! Auch für große Gruppen toll geeignet. Hikaru war vor Ort und immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Toll!
