My home is a clean and cozy two bedroom cottage with a shared kitchen and bathroom, located in a great location in central Osh. There are many cafes and restaurants within a few minute’s walk, including places popular with travelers and expats. The house itself is set back from the street in a large tree filled lot, so the room is quiet and peaceful with a view of greenery and daylight. Your booking includes stable WiFi, a washing machine for laundry, and a delicious fresh cooked breakfast.

The living area features a comfortable gray armchair near large windows with sheer curtains, allowing soft light to filter through. A flat-screen television is mounted on the wall above a wooden entertainment unit, and a round area rug with intricate designs rests on the light-colored floor.

You'll find plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes around the B&B. In our family-run business, you'll probably meet me (Oibek, speaking English, Russian and Kyrgyz) and my mother (Zamira, speaking Kyrgyz and Russian).

I really enjoyed my stay at Anastasias guesthouse. It was very comfortable with good and working facilites, easy communication, a lovely yard area, fully equipped kitchen and of course very kind and helpful hosts:) It’s easy to fall in love with the surrounding area as well. While being in walking distance to the center it’s is calm but lively. A residential area with beautiful colored houses, fruit trees, flowers and kids playing in the streets. It really made the walk to the center enjoyable. I would return any day, it’s a clear recommendation from here:)

Very very nice environment, clean hygienic and friendly, beautiful little garden, we enjoyed our stay.One minor issue was the slope at the door was too steep to scrape the chassis when driving in; also a minor issue was that breakfast was too expensive and not eaten enough, fruit was our own, no meat, and bread butter needed to add money

Absolutely wonderful stay! Communication was fantastic, host made us very comfortable. Nicely located with easy access to bus stops or cheap taxi into the centre. Beautiful garden and lovely meals when requested.

The bathroom features a modern shower with a glass enclosure and a showerhead. A porcelain sink is situated next to the shower, with a small vanity mirror above. Decorative rugs cover the wooden floor, complementing the overall clean and functional design.

Oibek, his brother (Ulan bey?), and his mother provide an excellent space to stay in Osh. I took a shared taxi from Bishkek to Osh. By the time I reached Oibek's place it was one in the morning--Oibek's brother was there to check me in! My room included the breakfast which Oibek's mother kindly made every morning: cereal, milk, bread, honey, jelly, fried eggs, and tea--hearty eats to set you up for the whole day. Communication with Oibek was excellent--Oibek lived in the US for ten years. Oibek told me he runs a travel agency and arranges transportation to less-traveled areas. In short, an excellent man providing exemplary travel services in Osh!
