This designer room is a 2LDK measuring 51.3㎡, offered entirely as a private rental without any shared spaces with other guests. It boasts a simple and refined design, compact yet fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has accommodated as few as two and as many as six guests so far. The spacious 2LDK layout includes a toilet right upon entering. The living room is straight ahead, featuring a kitchen and dining area at the front. Guests can freely use basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) in the kitchen. In the back of the living room, you can enjoy meals at a low table or relax and watch TV on the sofa. Next to the kitchen, there's a door leading to the wash basin, washing machine, and bathroom. There are two bedrooms, each with one king-size bed. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more people. Regarding the beds, we provide carefully selected products from the globally trusted bedding manufacturer Simmons, focusing on comfort and quality to enhance your stay. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. To make sure all my guests' safety and health, I will do my best to provide you with a clean and safe residential environment.

This house is reserved. Recently renovated, this apartment is a 70year-old Japanese traditional house. There is a Japanese small garden. Within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It's right next to Kuromon Market. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and drugstores in the area. You can also travel to Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara without wasting time. There are no washing machines. Please use a laundromat in neighborhood.(2mins)

Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
