This designer room is a 2LDK measuring 51.3㎡, offered entirely as a private rental without any shared spaces with other guests. It boasts a simple and refined design, compact yet fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has accommodated as few as two and as many as six guests so far. The spacious 2LDK layout includes a toilet right upon entering. The living room is straight ahead, featuring a kitchen and dining area at the front. Guests can freely use basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) in the kitchen. In the back of the living room, you can enjoy meals at a low table or relax and watch TV on the sofa. Next to the kitchen, there's a door leading to the wash basin, washing machine, and bathroom. There are two bedrooms, each with one king-size bed. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more people. The house was built about 100 years ago, and the design was created to bring out the charm of the building's materials. By polishing and reusing the original wood and doors, We were particular about using natural building materials. A cozy place where the sunlight and shadows of morning, noon, and night, and the four seasons of Japan blend comfortably. Enjoy the space that was built with time and love. For your comfort, we've upgraded the air conditioning, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to match the size of the room. Bathroom heating is also available. Also, by artists we respect, Fabric, greenery, garden, decorations and works, entrance hall "!!!" etc. Please find your favorite. And experience the old but powerful structure of the building and the beauty of the materials.
