Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

This time of the year is our wedding anniversary, we always stay in Kororāreka (Russell) its part of our story. We would always stay in the village mainly at the Duke however this year we changed it up and we did not regret it. It was a different perspective and gave us so much more independence and privacy. The view 10/10 and all amenities were well thought out, loved the open bath tub on the deck. Appreciated being told about the availability to check in early as well. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Debra’s guest studio apartment. Amazing views of the ocean and forest from the entire unit. It had everything k needed to cook dinner. It is 5 minutes from the bay of islands marina and boat yard and was so nice to stay there while our sailboat was in the boatyard. Highly recommend and hope to be back.

Such a cute charming little stay and excellent value for money, we were also very happy we could book for just one night. Wonderful place to stay. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Host is very accomodating and very easy to communicate with. Dragonfly Barn is stunning, beautiful scenery, beautiful location. The accomodation itself is extremely well set out, very clean and tidy. Everything you could need for a home away from home. Close to town. Everything was easy to access
