Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Oroklini

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the home decorations make you feel that you guest at home and not a hotel. This was very important for us, especially when staying for six days straight. Andrey supplied clear instructions on how to use the apartment and what is recommended in the area and in general. What we loved about the location is it was not too far away from the Airport and Larnaca city center, yet very quit neighborhood and walking location from a super market. Andrey was also very helpful and assistive with issues that we communicated to him. The only down side we found is the Cyprus public transportation schedules from this location to the city. There is a single bus to the airport that need to be timed exactly because the next one comes after an hour. If you stay in the city until the late evening time, you should use Bolt to order a taxi. I would definitely recommend the location for couple that is looking for a quite and chill location.

An apartment is in the old building on the main street,. The apartment itself is big, clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and very comfy beds. It can be a bit noisy but closing windows, keeps the noise out. It is 10 minutes walk from the old city , 10 minutes from big supermarket and close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is possible to park in the backyard . The apartment is full of small things that usually amiss like , for example sewing kit. Andreas was really nice and welcoming - met us one n the middle of the night and let is stay till late on the evening.

We've had a wonderful family stay here in oriklini. Zoe went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thanks alot. It's very peaceful and yet still very close to restaurants, shady park and supermarket. Neighbours here are all so friendly and welcoming too! Highly recommend this bnb. I found the host to be very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Much appreciated!

It was our first time visiting Cyprus. We fell in love with Larnaca and our accommodation played a big part of our holiday. I definitely recommend the host. Very responsive, flexible and understanding with our situation. The place was what it was described. It was clean and ready. The location was great, very close to all tourist spots and amenities. Air conditioning in each rooms and living room was very helpful when needed cooling down after sun exposure. We will definitely use them again…

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

This is a great place for a large family, or a group of families or a group of friends. It’s spacious and offers a lot of independence due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great in terms of main attractions (beach, main walking strip, center). It’s close to a 24/7 Minimarket, 24/7 bakery (zorbas, not to be missed). Patrick is super quick with dealing with queries and super flexible to accommodate reasonable requests.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a last-minute flight cancellation and urgently needed a place close to Larnaca Airport that could comfortably accommodate our family — and we struck gold with this beach house. The villa was immaculate — absolutely spotless throughout — and felt like a private sanctuary by the sea. The space was exactly as described, beautifully presented, and incredibly peaceful. The surrounding area also had some brilliant restaurants, and thanks to our host’s fantastic recommendations, we ended up dining at one of the best spots we’ve ever tried in Cyprus. Kennith was a dream host — quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. My entire family fell in love with this gem of a property, and without a doubt, the next time we’re in Cyprus, we’ll be coming straight back here. Highly recommended!

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Loucas was a very welcoming host, we felt very good with him. The privacy was great throughout the stay. The surroundings of the apartment were not attractive, but I appreciate the nearby bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the sea. Thank you very much!

Cemal and his daughter Shanel are excellent hosts. Their place is exactly as described in pics and within close proximity to shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Great communication and very responsive. Highly recommended.
