Vacation rentals with beach access in Oroklini

This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

The apartment was nice, we enjoyed the view from the window every day! Everything was close, we didn't even take a taxi from the airport and decided to have a pleasant 50 min walk instead. Just around the corner, there was a supermarket. In the neighbourhood you could find plenty of restaurants, the beach was close too, you could watch planes land which was rather fascinating. We had everything we needed in the apartment, coffee machine was great since we were working from home. The bathroom was rather small, especially if you are tall like my boyfriend, but nothing terrible :D I would recommend to stay at this apartment :)

Everything is outstanding regarding Anja and her place - everything positive in reviews is very true. I'll just give couple of hints, especially for travelers on budget: - when one gets on LCA, to get on the bus to Larnaca, one needs to go upstairs couple of floors and then to get outside of the airport building - to get groceries, there is Super Discount Centre at walkable distance (500 m).

Top Lage am gefühlten Privatstrand und grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon und aus dem Schlafzimmer auf das Meer. Perivolia, ein kleiner süßer Ort, ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Anna hat stets schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert.

Across the street from the beach. Water was clear and shallow. Clear view of Sunrise can be seen from our balcony 501. Location was excellent - waterfront, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping at our fingertips. Very safe! Apartment very clean.

We had a great stay , beautiful appartmber very close to the sea . Eva and team were really helpful and responsive. We found the main bed very hard but contacted Eva and team and they sent extra duvets to lay down the very next morning . thanks for making our stay enjoyable and easy .

Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The location is unbeatable—literally just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made my mornings and evenings absolutely magical. Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, war sauber und hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht (inkl. Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Sonnenschirm für den Strand & Tuperware usw.). Das Check-In und Check-Out funktionierte problemlos. Der Strand ist in Gehdistanz, zu unserer Reisezeit waren die Restaurants am Strand inkl. Liegestuhl Vermietung allerdings noch nicht geöffnet. Da es im Dorf selbst, nicht so viel gibt, lohnt es sich ein Auto zu mieten. Empfehlenswert ist am Ort selbst das Restaurant Theta. Ansonsten gibt es in Kiti alles was man braucht.

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

Christos and Maro were very accommodating and responsive and helpful with any queries I had during my stay. The house is pleasant place with a homely feel, it was clean and the hosts provided me with milk and eggs for my arrival which was very helpful as I arrived at 3am from my flight and wouldn't have had time to shop for breakfast. They also kindly brought around extra binbags when I needed them and some homegrown apricots which were delicious. Thank you.

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

Mukava majoitus, vierailimme 12v pojan kanssa lomalla. Keskeinen sijainti lähellä rantaa ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut lomaan löytyi kävelymatkan päässä. Isabella antoi selkeät ohjeet ja kivoja vinkkejä lomanviettoon. Suuri kiitos majoituksesta ja ihanasta lomasta 😊
