A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. This is at the edge of the water with a deck at the waterside. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed & a single bed. ( If your group is larger , you may rent our other stuga : SeaView Cottage in the garden of the same villa. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Ladda själen med en ved bastu och mysstund framför den vedeldade kaminen. Nära till stranden, Idealiskt för vintersporter. flertal restauranger, uteplats med grill Handdukar lakan finns på plats Tillgång till porslin, samt cyklar 3 vuxna , dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

WALLINVÄGEN, DALARÖ Härlig stuga för 2-3 personer med centralt läge i vacker lantlig miljö. Lovely cottage for 2-3 people in a central location in a beautiful rural environment. The cottage is about 35 sqm and is operated with solar panels. It has a wood burning stove, comfortable double bed, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Charming patio with sea views and access to barbecue. Only 150 m to the bathing jetty and 5 min to the bathing beach.
