Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Orient Bay

Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Villa 48 in Orient Bay is at a great location, a minute from the beach (you can hear the ocean), and close to restaurants (walking to a cluster of them in 10 minutes), and a short drive from a center for groceries, pharmacy and even shopping (less than 10 minutes of driving). The villa's manager Frederic is incredible, and provided us with what-to-do advice, translation help, where to find good bread (L'Express bakery), and cooking tips, and was instantly available whenever we had a question. We could not have asked for better service. The island is small, and returning on a Sunday from the house to the airport was a 25 minute drive (at an average speed of say 50 kmh). In general, the traffic around Orient bay was fine, whereas on busy weekdays the area around Simpson bay can be congested. If you can, get a small car, as parking and roads are narrow. We absolutely will come back and returning to NYC and the snow and chill was, how shall we put it, challenging.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's place, a real slice of paradise in Saint Martin. Everything was perfect from Marjorie's very friendly welcome until we left with Marie, the whole team was listening to us. The place is spacious and very clean with its terrace on the beach, it's a real pleasure to have breakfast facing the turquoise Caribbean sea. We hope to be back soon!!

Loved the Villa in Orient Beach! A few helpful tips: studio apt doesn’t have access to the Villa from the inside so a single person may not want to stay in that but it was safe and had locks. You’ll need to pick up some bathroom soap and extra TP! Fabulous location on the French side!! Villa is beautiful and spacious and we will most definitely visit again! Thank you for such a beautiful place to come home to after a long day at the beaches!

We had a great stay at Villa Magnolia! Super clean, beautifully decorated, amazing view, and a perfect pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the whole place felt very private. Great location in a quiet, upscale area close to fantastic restaurants and bakeries. The hosts were super responsive too. We'd definitely come back!

Excellent accommodation! Super clean, super well-equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is lovely, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!

We had a great stay at Fabien's place. Fabien reached out before we arrived and provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment and how to get in. The apartment was very nice and matched the photos and description. The location was also excellent. It is very quiet and is only a couple minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for anything you could need. I would definitely recommend Fabien and would stay here again!

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Emilie's apartment, its proximity to the Oriental Bay as well as the beach and the swimming pool of the residence allowed us to vary the pleasures during our stay, not to mention that it is also very well located and close to all amenities (gas station, airport, supermarket). Emilie is also a very responsive and available host. I would 100% recommend her place

I had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and beaches. Minor issue with power one night, but it was short and resolved quickly. Had a great time at this air bnb. The place was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and was not a far drive from the popular areas, eateries and beaches ( 15-30 minutes for everything). The bnb was Secure, quiet, and right on the water. Nice view of the sunset. Giovanni gave clear instructions on how to get to the property , even with a video. He was quick to respond to any questions. I Would come back!

Incredible house and location, the pictures on the site do not do it justice. Everything about the house was perfect, the decks face the sunset and two different beaches, that are easy to walk to down designated paths. Both beaches are gorgeous and have great swimming and snorkeling. The house was extremely clean and well equipped, it even has two expresso makers! The pool is beautiful and has a waterfall to a second lower level. The AC worked well and the wifi was extremely fast. The location is amazing, half way between Marigot and Grand Case, which is the gourmet center of the island. Grand case was an easy (one road) ten minute drive. Sarah was a fantastic host, she responded quickly to any questions and sent us photos and videos to make sure that we could find the house. Any request or question was answered immediately and she gave us great recommendations for the area. We are already planning our return to this house next year! We will definitely be back...Thanks, Sarah!

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

We both had a fantastic stay at The Fishermen House in Grand Case. Eric and Patrice are great hosts. We felt very welcomed and they made our stay very comfortable. The location was one doorstep away from a private beach. It was an amazing to start every day with a swim in the ocean. Also for restaurants and shops they are just around the corner. I had such a wonderful experience at Oligaia, in Saint Martin (Orient Bay). The location is unbeatable just a short stroll away from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly safe. Olivia was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything was accessible. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing spot in Saint Martin, I highly recommend Oligaia. Would absolutely stay again!

I enjoyed all of my time at Trudy's Studio. It is a great place for a solo traveler or couple, and I will definitely stay there again! It was tough to leave yesterday!!!

Martine’s place was great! Everything we hoped for. Super clean and well equipped with everything. New cooking utensils even some necessary spices for our stay. We found few kids toys and it was very pleasant. Walking distance to the beach and a nice residential neighborhood. The booking policy it’s a bit strict, you can cancel just after 48 hours or booking. That is the only thing that would stop me from booking ahead of time for next year. Things sometimes happen and I like more flexibility. Maeve the co-host is wonderful. She is great at making suggestions and helping out throughout the stay.

The studio was everything that we wanted. It was simple but practical, well equipped and well situated. Despite the fact that it is on the second lane, it offers a splendid view on Orient Bay, which is one of the nicest beach of Saint-Martin. The pool area is even nicer than what can been seen on the pictures. There is a small pizzeria on site that is worth trying. Fred the owner is a pleasant individual, always happy to entertain a conversation while preparing your meal. Although the owners of the studio are off location, they left us in the good care of Linda who’s a gem! She lives on location and during our 2 weeks stay she was always responsive and willing to help. We would go back to that same studio anytime!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.
