Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Villa 48 in Orient Bay is at a great location, a minute from the beach (you can hear the ocean), and close to restaurants (walking to a cluster of them in 10 minutes), and a short drive from a center for groceries, pharmacy and even shopping (less than 10 minutes of driving). The villa's manager Frederic is incredible, and provided us with what-to-do advice, translation help, where to find good bread (L'Express bakery), and cooking tips, and was instantly available whenever we had a question. We could not have asked for better service. The island is small, and returning on a Sunday from the house to the airport was a 25 minute drive (at an average speed of say 50 kmh). In general, the traffic around Orient bay was fine, whereas on busy weekdays the area around Simpson bay can be congested. If you can, get a small car, as parking and roads are narrow. We absolutely will come back and returning to NYC and the snow and chill was, how shall we put it, challenging.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's place, a real slice of paradise in Saint Martin. Everything was perfect from Marjorie's very friendly welcome until we left with Marie, the whole team was listening to us. The place is spacious and very clean with its terrace on the beach, it's a real pleasure to have breakfast facing the turquoise Caribbean sea. We hope to be back soon!!

This house is immaculate. So much space for a group. Very clean. Sarah is a fabulous host. Great views. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient. There were baby goats outside the balcony--that was just a cute bonus. We booked this house the day before, because the original house we booked was atrocious. This was a million times better, and Sarah was the best host we ever could have asked for. I can't say enough about how great this property was.

Excellent accommodation! Super clean, super well-equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is lovely, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!

The location was breathtaking. You could not get closer to the water unless you’re on a boat. Th home was immaculate and the hostess was very proactive in communicating directions and answering any questions that might arise. We will definitely be coming back to stay if we can get the same home as it was that special! Definitely rent a car as you are remote. A few good restaurants across street (la cigale, and a Thai option)

We had such an amazing 5 days at the bungalow! Everything was very clean upon arrival! The seclusion and privacy this house offered was great for a couples vacation we thoroughly enjoyed and will book again! Don’t be deterred by not having air conditioning. We opened the window vents and turned on the fans at night and were perfectly cool during June! The location of this house is perfect on the island! Every beach and restaurant we wanted to go to was no more than a 20 minute drive. Breeze was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had before and during our trip! You MUST book this property if you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing getaway!

We were hopeful that our first stay using Airbnb in St Martin would be okay…It was absolutely a dream! Our friendly host arrived just as we did and our vacation began immediately - the beautiful pool and garden area kept us off the beach that first afternoon. Orient Beach is literally, steps away! The fabulous village restaurants and shops have everything you need or want. The villa was immaculately clean, nicely appointed and had very large rooms. The beds were so comfortable and linens were excellent. While our vacation was sadly cut short due to an emergency at home, we enjoyed every moment here and are planning to return every visit back to beautiful St Martin. Merci beaucoup, Stephane!!

This was our second stay in Monica's lovely bungalow. The bungalow was a perfect size for the two of us, very clean and the kitchen, while compact, was well equipped. The property itself is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck for our meals surrounded by nature. The location was ideal - close to several beaches, close to many restaurants and 5 minutes by car (15 min by foot) to the local bakery, butcher, fish market and supermarket. Monica was an excellent host and was great helping us to arrange a rental car. We look forward to booking the bungalow again the next time we are on the island.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Emmanuelle's Airbnb! Orient Bay is stunning, with its beautiful beach that’s perfect for families. The area has the feel of an all-inclusive resort, with restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed La Playa Beach Restaurant and quickly made it our go-to spot—it’s only a 3-minute walk from the flat! It actually took us a couple of days to realize how close it was, as we initially took the longer commercial route. Needless to say, we were thrilled to discover that our preferred spot on Orient Beach was just steps away from our accommodation. The back terrace of the flat is conveniently located near the pool area, which was perfect for our family. We could easily move our chairs closer to the pool and take turns watching the kids with our partners—such a bonus for a relaxing vacation. It’s worth noting that power outages are fairly common in Sint Maarten, but Emmanuelle was incredibly responsive and quick to assist when I reac

The apartment was great, great location! Only downside is zero storage, not practical when you stay 10 days.

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

We both had a fantastic stay at The Fishermen House in Grand Case. Eric and Patrice are great hosts. We felt very welcomed and they made our stay very comfortable. The location was one doorstep away from a private beach. It was an amazing to start every day with a swim in the ocean. Also for restaurants and shops they are just around the corner. Eric was very quick in responding and communication if we had an issue. He was helpful and very flexible. I recommend these hosts future stays! Warm regards, Cliff & Jaap

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Very nice room, everything you need. View was also beautiful and a few minutes walk to the pool. To get to the 'lively' part of the beach, it is a 12-minute walk along the sea. Very satisfied!

Very convenient to multiple wonderful restaurants and beach clubs. So close to the pool and beach access! Super clean and well appointed with comfortable bed and sofa.
