Had a lovely stay at Joel’s place - enjoyed the peaceful location and relaxing vibes of the fire pit. Our dog Buddy loved the big block. We used this as a great base to visit Swansea, Orford and Triabunna as well as some wineries.

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

Really lovely place to stay. We booked in order to visit van Bone but were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife ( in house echidna and kookaburra family). It was perfect. Also really well stocked house, great library and telescope.

Robert’s house was beautiful. It was very bright and open and contained 3 generously sized bedrooms. It is situated in the lovely suburb of Sandy bay and very close to Hobart city.

Honni's house was lovely and located across the road from big roaring beach. The house had all you needed for a good getaway. Happy to recommend Honni's place to all potential guests.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had in the 8 years I have been using the platform. Janine's house was absolutely superb. Her generosity shines through on all levels- From the styling, kitchen supplies, extra bathroom towels, beach towels, pillow choices, bathroom products etc etc. Black Shack is a must stay if planning a trip to the beautiful laid back town of Orford.

Everything about Jo & her place was wonderful. I stayed twice during my visit to Tasmania & both times were equally great. The apartment itself has a little mix of antique & modern with lovely styling. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable & the view is incredible. We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Hobart

it was great staying at Louise's place! she really went above and beyond in welcoming us and the easter eggs were a bonus! the property was very clean and conveniently located to nearby shopping centre and a beach! we loved our stay!

We spent two nights at the end of Tasmania sightseeing.It was wider than we expected and had a great view from the kitchen and living room.The mattress in the bedroom was also very comfortable.The host was quick to respond to inquiries, and we were able to stay with peace of mind.It was the most satisfying AirBnB I've ever stayed in.I recommend it.

The place was so serene and exactly what I was looking for to recharge. Scottie was super responsive and was very warm. He even arranged to feed sheep and the place felt right at home but with a breathtaking view. Will definitely be coming back and probably staying longer

What an absolutely, idyllic place to stay. Waking up to the wonderful view and relaxing Infront of the cosy fire recharged my soul. it's in a great spot to explore the Huon valley or settle in to read a good book, do some writing or art, The gardens and the river make it a perfect place to get creative. Cheryle was wonderful and offered some lovely apples straight from the garden. She is a lovely host and i can't wait to return to this perfect piece of paradise. This place is a must stay on any trip to Tassie. Clean and comfortable with a lot of extra touches added by Anna. We had an amazing time feeding the horses and goats and chilling in front of the fire place.

We had a lovely stay at Orchard’s nest for my partner’s 40th. It was really relaxing, beautifully furnished, the bed and linen were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend for a place to relax and reset.

Craig is a friendly and welcoming host and came to welcome us after we arrived. Our accommodation was brand new and spotlessly clean. The chalets are beautifully designed both inside and out and there are wonderful views to Fluted Cape on Bruny Island The artwork reflects Craig's passion: rescuing injured raptors and returning them to the wild. it is well worth making an appointment to visit the raptor centre during your stay. There are plenty of attractions locally and we enjoyed the cliff top walk in Coningham Reserve. The IgA in nearby Snug is excellent for groceries etc. We thoroughly recommend a stay here. We used the cottage as a base to explore the Huon Valley and it was perfect. The cottage had everything we needed as described, wonderful hosts who we could contact at any time, picture perfect location. Thank you for the beautiful bottle of wine and the Easter chocolates. Highly recommend this venue and hosts.

Macey went above and beyond to make us very welcome and comfortable . We were able to check out later which gave us a little more time to pack up. We loved the outdoor fireplace the firewood was all ready and well stocked . Very cosy and homey , very comfortable bed and crisp linen. The record player was a hit and enjoyed the board games . Make sure you are well stocked up and prepare if cooking to save time and money with shopping etc however there is enough great cafes and unique restaurants around . Great facilities for dogs and dog friendly beach close by . If there was a laundry it would totally be a 10/10 however that did not disappoint us as it wasn’t a priority . A wonderful relaxing place and totally recommend if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle . Beautiful flora and fauna surrounding in particular the birds and flowers . A home with character !

We had a very relaxing three day stay at Fairy Wren’s Nest. The welcome tea and generous amount of breakfast were provided at arrival which was very nice. Great location to visit the southern part of Huon region. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the country style stay in a quiet surrounding.
