Vacation rentals in Oranjestad-West

This was our first time in Aruba, and did not regret staying here one bit. We had a designated parking spot for our rental, and our private living accommodations. Additionally, any questions we had were always answered and we felt very welcomed! The area is also very close to everything. The bathroom and kitchen had everything you can ask for. All in all, would highly recommend and see why this place has such good reviews.

I felt right at home, a quiet, peaceful place. The kitchen is really well-equipped. The bed is super comfortable.

We loved our stay at Eugene’s place. I didn’t communicate with Eugene, our host was Aimee. I’ve been using airbnb for a while now (over 10 years) and she was the best host I’ve had so far. She answers all questions within minutes every single time. She helped me rent a car in Aruba. She probably has a PHD in hospitality. The house has good vibes and character and we felt comfortable there. The double bed is big and comfortable. The living room and outdoor area are good for relaxing/socializing. The party bus issue didn’t bother us much, but I can imagine it could disturb some people. Supermarkets nearby, good location for walking downtown. I recommend it! Thanks for everything, Aimee!

Honestly don't know where to begin. When we first booked, within a few hours of being accepted to the location. Justin and Sandra were immediately responding with polite and cheerful messages. Their responses were always enlightening, and they would have new information to help you throughout your stay. Not only would they provide messages on how to get to their spot or how to get it or were to park, but they would also add photos to make the process easy. From their messages to their guidebook. We were able to plan our entire honeymoon on the information given, as well as, learning a new language in the process because of Justin and Sandra. For two people, the place was perfect. Clean and tidy. Very polite and friendly and do look forward to taking a trip back and staying again at their lovely place. Masha Danki, Justin and Sandra!!

Our stay at Lionel and Vanessa’s Airbnb was the perfect start to our Arubian experience! Having visited Aruba for a few years, we typically stayed at The Marriott Surf Club, but due to our accommodations starting two days later, we decided to book their home—and we’re so glad we did. The location was fantastic, allowing us to explore a part of Aruba we hadn’t experienced before. Even without renting a car, we found so many things within walking distance, making our stay incredibly convenient. Their home was charming, cozy, and just right for my husband and me. Beyond the wonderful space, Lionel and Vanessa were exceptional hosts—quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Their hospitality made our transition into vacation mode seamless. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future!

The room, beach, and pools were amazing. We would love to come back. Couple things that stopped it from being perfect was the front desk taking a pretty long time to check in and check out but it wasn’t too bad, just seemed very disorganized. There are extra fees to be paid, even without it being an all inclusive, as they kind of mention but not very noticeable. Few things in the room weren’t perfect: loose towel hooks, sticky shower selector valve, toilet seats were loose, and the batteries in the TV remote were dead but that didn’t affect us at all. Other than that, I would absolutely come back. It’s a bit removed from the town but it is such a nice walk that we had no problem walking. It’s also very quiet so that’s a huge plus. It was probably one of the best vacation locations I’ve ever been to. Thanks for everything but it was a big bummer that the workout room was closed, and having to take a shuttle to the other Divi resort to work out without any heads up.

A comfortable stay only 10 minutes drive from Eagle Beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped for preparing meals. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler provided. The washer/dryer was a great bonus as the onsite construction and the high winds resulted in lots of dust. The balcony was enjoyable for morning coffee. A mode of transportation is necessary as there is no nearby public transportation and there are no services within walking distance. Julie was a great host and responded to all inquiries.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The backyard was absolutely stunning — the pool and Jacuzzi made it feel like a private oasis. Inside, the house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hosts were responsive and kind, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything was so well prepared. Thank you for such a lovely and relaxing stay — I can’t wait to come back!
