Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Orange County

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

Leah was very responsive to a few questions we had on check in. We had just come from a 12 hour flight and been up almost 20 hours. It was hard to focus on communicating anything wrong with the house per her request within 4 hours of check in. We did the best we could. They were minimal thoughts but suggest you budget time on check in to respond to the owner.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

This home is one the most wonderful place we’ve stayed in. Lovely kitchen complete with so many items to cook a family dinner. Beautiful lanai with comfortable seating and lovely plants. And the back garden is beautiful as well with many flowering plants this time of year. Ronald was very accommodating by solving all the minor problems. Loved our stay here.

This home was exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean. We loved all of the Harry Potter details! We chose this place because it was close to Universal and it was easy to Uber there for around $10-15. We stayed for 11 days and it was a cozy place for our family of four. We did cook several meals and wished there would have been a few more kitchen items like a toaster, dish towels, and hot pads. But overall it had everything we needed! Thanks Gerson.

We enjoyed Brandon place. Its super close to universal which was perfect for us. Place was exactly as described. Brandon was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay there anytime.

I honestly have no complaints about this airbnb. It was clean and in a good location. Close to good shopping, good restaurants and not a far drive from Universal and the convention center which were a big deal for us since we stayed for a cheer competition. The only and I mean only downfall was the master bedroom is closest to the road so we heard loud cars/music periodically but we would stay again when or if we make our way back to Orlando! Definitely recommend!

Great stay at Ray’s place close to Disney and Universal. My family and I really got a kick out of all the Disney and Harry Potter-themed accoutrements throughout the unit. There was even food available to us when we got there. Would definitely recommend.

It was only one night, we arrived very late after midnight and left at 8:30 a.m., but the stay was excellent, everything was very good, I would definitely come back

It was a very nice stay, out of the ordinary for Orlando. Very big house, they should allowed more ppl to stay to make your moneys worth. Watch out for bugs!! Paul, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful when needed.
