In warmer months you’re welcome to enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a sunny deck! NOTE: Pets welcome but not on the beds or furniture. The house is 100 yrs old so floors are creaky!

This unit has a completely independent door from the basement suite and the two units don't connect internally at all providing absolute privacy.
