Cozy and stylish flat on 2 floors (128 m²) in a quiet location. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with a sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a large living room with a bar, TV and dining area. There is also a beautiful garden with a furnished terrace and playground. A bottle of water daily and a bottle of wine on arrival for free. We speak English and German fluently.

A spacious guest room features wooden flooring and light-colored walls with a subtle pattern. A large bed is positioned near the window, which is framed by sheer curtains. An entertainment center, a round dining table with chairs, and a side table are also visible.
