lovely host, super clean accommodation!!

Wow, what an incredible find. Grace really has thought of EVERYTHING as a host. The amenities provided were truly above and beyond. Was only there for the night to run Manchester Marathon the following day but could have easily spent a week plus here with everything provided, so well thought out with some lovely homely touches. Was really clean and felt like a nice private place tucked away, super spacious & finished to a high standard. Great access with on street parking available and walkable distance to metro lines to get into central Manchester. Was welcomed by Grace upon arrival and made to feel instantly at home. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay in Manchester for the marathon. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and comfortable. The parking was a huge bonus, and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, super kind, responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Really nice place which was very close to the relatives we were visiting. Very close to Sale town centre, the canal and a lovely park. The property is on a main road so a bit noisy but quite quiet at night although there is a pub across the road. Well equipped and very clean. Will definitely consider revisiting next time we go to Sale

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and we would recommend to anyone visiting Sale or Manchester. Rachel is a great host, we had everything we needed in the apartment. To get to central Manchester was very easy using the tram. Would definitely return when we come back to Manchester.

Apartment was immaculate and location was perfect- bang smack in the city centre. Apartment was full of everything you could need and was super clean. Anthony is lovely, a great host- explains check in/out very clearly, responds super quick and always happy to help. Would definitely book again when returning to Manchester!!

Great little flat, perfect for a weekend in Manchester for two couples. Alex was responsive and helpful throughout, the flat is clearly lived-in with belongings out on the sides - all as advertised - but clearly marked and suited us nicely as a base for heading out into the city centre. Would happily stay again as great value for a Manchester stay

Had such a great stay at this fabulous property! Everything is kitted out to a high standard and the roof top was an amazing bonus during our stay! We loved the convenience of the key box so no hanging around or trying to find local shops to collect/drop off. Excellent communication with the hosts who were v attentive and were keen to know how to improve if at all. Despite being city centre, we were surprised by the little noise and we weren’t woken by anything which I expected we might do. Although expect the usual when the pubs come out. The accommodation worked well for us and our two teenagers (15&17) but as the main bedroom is on a different floor to the others, you might need to consider this if you have small kids. The single room/bed was fine for my 15yr daughter but my older son might have struggled in that smallish bed. Also need to be aware there are quite a few stairs , fairly narrow but isn’t an issue unless you have small kids or mobility issues. All in such a fab holiday

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

Great location, plenty of parking available. Clean premises with easy ground floor access. Host responsiveness is prompt. Clear instructions for check in. Lounge was set up well to relax.

Excellent stay in this top floor apartment with great views over the city. On arrival Boomer greeted us in the car park and explained everything we needed to know. We asked if we could use the car park until after we had finished our marathon, and Boomer let us use the apartment for a shower and have a late checkout free of charge. What a great gesture, what a great host! Thanks again!

Was brilliant from start to finish. Hot tub was brilliant to say it was run from logs got really hot in a short space off time. Kane was fast at responding when asked a question. Would recommend. And we will be returing

Went for a stag do, fantastic location, easy access to bars and restaurants in the city centre. Great accommodation, nice and spacious for the 9 of us and very clean. Hot tub was enjoyed by the group. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to plan a trip to Manchester.
