Smještaj u miru. sa 4 kreveta Wifi, netflix.. sa lijepim pogledom. Stan je novouređen i namješten. Čist. Ispred vrata se nalazi sef za ključeve tako da je privatnost zajamčena. U stanu se nalazi rezervna posteljina te deke. Stan je zimi topal, a ljeti ugodan. Zgrada ima 15cm izolacije te je nova PVC solarija. U kuhinji je hladnjak i zamrzivač te grickalice i vino ako se dolazi u sitni sat.

Old German house dating from 1927. Peaceful suburb of Vinkovci, located 3,5km from city centre. House is 2+2 (+2), with all appliances. One of the bedrooms (wooden doors) is located outside from the main house with it's own heating, so you have some privacy. Main house is heated with wood, combined with AC heater. No wifi and no jacuzzi. Spend time with each other and enjoy!

Odličan boravak u centru Vinkovaca, smještaj ima sve potrebno, jako čisto i uredno. Zlatko je jako susretljiv domaćin, sve pohvale. Preporučujem!!

Bilo je čisto i uredno. Udoban krevet i kauč. Dobar raspored apartmana, ugodna terasa na trijemu i dobar klima uređaj. Prostrana kupaonica i veliki tuš. Osobno mi se svidjelo što je bilo na raspolaganju više od dvije role wc papira i što su nas u smještaju dočekali kava, mlijeko, šećer, sol i papar. Bili smo samo jednu noć pa nam većina nije bila potrebna za iskoristiti, no dobro je znati za dobru opremljenost apartmana ako ćemo se ikada odlučiti za dulji ostanak.

Had some communication issues with Tomislav, but other than that our stay at his place was great.

I was just needed a place to sleep before I caught the train the following day, and this was the perfect place. She was so so kind!! And welcomed me even though it was quite late. (22:00) She even so graciously helped me to find some place to eat that was open. Honestly had such a good experience it made me want to stay longer. Place was clean and quaint but it was perfect for what I needed.
