Vacation rentals in Općina Primošten

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub gesucht haben: eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick, ein kurzer Weg zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben und sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt ist eine tolle Einstiegsstelle zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, SUP... Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren und sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Edi war super, er ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Komfortable Einrichtung. Sehr modern. Gastgeber sehr nett und immer sofort auf alle Nachrichten geantwortet. Rundum alles perfekt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub 😍

The house was very clean and all we needed was there. For us location was perfect, just by the sea but in a quiet place. We could swim any time and it was convenient to tak long nice walks by the sea. Milan is a great host too.

Nika is lovely and very welcoming, plus helpful/quick to reply if you need her. The apartment is spacious and clean with every you need in it. We had a lovely stay, the beaches are easy to walk to and there’s no shortage of restaurants to choose from in the old town and on the water front. There’s pastry shops and ice cream shops too :) You’ll need to hire a car if you want to travel around, we picked ours up from the airport and it’s a very straight forward drive to Nika’s.

Beautiful location, nice people!

Ivan and Maja’s villa was beautiful, sleek and modern and we had a fantastic week staying there as a family of 10. We especially loved the pool area and watching the sunsets from the terrace. Primošten is a beautiful town, we enjoyed spending time on the beach and visiting the restaurants and it was only a 10 minute drive from the villa and easy to arrange a taxi for 10 people (we used Mario’s). We also tried the traditional restaurant in the village which was a great experience and the peka was delicious. Ivan and Maja were wonderful hosts and arranged for water, milk and coffee to be available in the villa as we were arriving late at night. There was also a lovely welcome tray in the villa when we arrived. They were very responsive and made an effort to visit us during our stay which we appreciated.

Wir sind begeistert von deiner tollen Wohnung, es war einfach wunderschön. Alles hat seinen Platz und es ist an alles gedacht. Herzlichen Dank, es war sehr schön bei dir und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dir direkte Nähe zum Meer und der Meerblick vom Balkon sind nicht zu toppen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Ivo’s place is in a beautiful area near Primošten. The coastal walk connects you to town and takes about 40 minutes (if you’re just strolling). It is lovely the entire way. My husband had fun snorkeling and trying out the sup board provided as the sea is right at the door. The exterior and the setting of the home (great porch and chaises right on the rocky shore) are the highlight. The interior is reflective of the home’s age. As others have stated, it is small. Bedrooms are meant for sleeping and not hanging out. Exterior shutters completely black out bedrooms. I found the mattresses too hard to sleep, and Ivo VERY kindly brought a mattress topper in which solved the problem and I snoozed away. Kitchen is well kitted out. Bathroom was fine-shower was hot with good water pressure. BUT it’s the host and location that make this place worth every penny. The interior is not deluxe but the beauty around us will be in our hearts for a very long time. So will Ivo’s kindness and graciousness.

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Wohnung und es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen! Die Wohnung aber auch dar Rund herum ist sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse (Whg 4) haben wir sehr genossen. Zufluss in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Am Strand ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten und hat einen wunderbaren Kroatischen Strand! Besser geht nicht!
