We had a very nice stay here. The place was very nice both inside and out. We particularly liked the kitchen outside, it was well equipped and the highlight for us. Everything was very well maintained and modernly furnished. Happily again! ☺️

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

The house is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love, just like in the photos. Everything is very clean and we didn't miss anything for the kids. A high chair and crib were provided. Location top! You can walk to the harbor in 10 minutes and also many shops and restaurants in the area. Marina is super friendly and helpful and always available to us. Thank you for the wonderful week, we will definitely be back.

A beautiful villa with a large garden and a pool (about 10x5x1.5m) with a few jets. Located in the village of Pavicini, on the main road, but still quiet. You can drive to Pula for about half an hour. A concert shop is just a few yards away. The pool is heated and is nicely lit in the evening. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. Wifi worked very well. Netflix could also be used for free (in English). In the living room is air conditioning, as well as in all bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was there that you need. There was a gas and coal grill outside. A washing machine was also available, as well as clothes rack. The nearest beaches are just around the corner. We found beach Skoljik best, as it was especially easy to reach by car. Plaza Duga Uvala is especially recommended for infants because it is flat for a very long time. Cvetana was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We would book the place again

A heartfelt thank you to Jelena and her family! Already at our arrival, we were welcomed with open arms and were even allowed to move into the house earlier than planned. The hosts took the time to explain and show us everything in detail. We were greeted by a loving gesture: fresh rolls, cold cuts and a juicy watermelon. During our stay, Jelena was always available for questions and always responded promptly. About the house: It exceeded all our expectations. Even more beautiful than presented in the photos, it was spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. We lacked nothing. Thank you for everything! Had a wonderful time. Hope to see you soon!
