Description The house is situated in a beautiful old fisherman's village on the Makarska Riviera. It is 25 meters from the beach. It has a large private garden for relaxing in and taking in the Mediterranean aromas of lavender, mandarin, rosemary. It is for families and romantic couples who like to be close to the beach and to have privacy. Brist is an ancient Mediterranean fisherman's village which has kept its old Dalmation lifestyle, with a sense of relaxation, sun, and sea. The warmth of the Adriatic sun and pebble beaches are enticing, the crystal clear water is there for all to enjoy. There are a few wonderful restaurants available which have a range of Dalmatian meals. Brist is wonderful for a relaxing holiday and the house is perfect for that. The house has 2 floors, ground floor has kitchen/dining room with access to lodge and big terrace, and bedroom with double bed and en-suite. The first floor has bedroom with double bed and couch single fold out bed and en-suite, it also has access to balcony. It is 25 meters from the beach. The terrace and balcony are 13 square meters. The apartment is situated on the first floor of our holiday house. There is nice garden with olive trees, terrace and barbecue place which you deal with owner. You have big private covered terrace and balcony on first floor. House situated on peaceful place where is not so much traffic. It is 300m from two big and long pebbles beaches and 150m from center of village where are market, post office and exchange office. On beaches you also have some restaurant and coffee bars like in village too.

cozy & modern with outdoor BBQ area & free parking

Apartment has ONE spacious bedroom with 160x200 bed, vanity table and wardrobe. Living room has couch that can be made into 140x200 cm bed, TV and coffee&tea bar table. You access balcony from the living room. Living room connects with kitchen. Bathroom is spacious with shower. Outdoor shower, gas grill + table FOR 4, and laundry room access. Apartment is perfect for 2, but accomodates 4. Free parking infront of house (easy to find, easy to park). Bus stop is also infront of our house.

APARTMAN 2 - ERA (NO PETS!)

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

It was wonderful staying with Anita and Zoran. This is our 5 vacation in Croatia and I highly recommend this wonderful, clean and super-equipped apartment. The most important thing was charmed by the wonderful owners who treated us like friends. They greeted us kindly and took care of everything we needed, and finally said goodbye to our own product. Things to commend are super comfy beds and clean, scented linens and towels. The bathrooms, even though they weren't new, it's super clean. The kitchen was renovated, new furniture and appliances, the most important dishwasher, which surprised us. A large amount of silverware and dishes is very important for a large number of people. A large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea both morning and evening made the time enjoyable. The neighborhood itself also deserves 5 with a plus, both the city beach and small, accessible beaches surrounded by trees and shadow rocks. There are several nice restaurants in the area. I recommend the Riva hotel - delicious food and prices comparable to other places.

We were more than satisfied with our property. Everything was as described and exactly as shown. Communication with Sara for the purpose of getting there with Sara at lightning speed. Super clean, comfortable, the beach can be reached in a few minutes, the hosts super warm and always responsive. We were traveling with children and they loved it too. We will definitely be back!

Many thanks to the warm hostess! App. has very good location, 3min walk to the beautiful beach, apartment cozy and very clean, nicely we got cold welcome drinks and cookies for the children (we were tired from the drive, which was super sweet) and even a farewell gift with wine, juice and homemade cookies and jam. Wow! The landlady is a very friendly contact person, the apartment is very well equipped, modern kitchen, everything you could ask for, beds very comfortable, balcony nice and large - we always ate outside. 3 supermarkets within walking distance and many restaurants. Private parking space available next to the house. Thanks for everything. I am happy to recommend the apartment!
