A small house that will fully satisfy even the most demanding visitors. In the house you will find everything you need for a carefree stay, and the river and the beautiful waterfall are a few minutes' walk away (300m). The house is located in a very quiet place. The house from the upper balcony overlooks the river and the waterfall. The terrace is shared with the apartment next door, but it is large enough for a comfortable stay of up to 8 people at a large table. Since it is a double facility, it is also possible to rent the adjacent apartment (5 people).

The apartment is located 2 minutes away from the highway exit, direction Zagreb ( 40 min) or sea (1h) and is a great outpost for relaxing and cooling off in the Kolpa River, just a few kilometers away. This unique home is decorated in an unusual style. It sits above the Mrežnica river and the waterfall. Romantic stay. Enjoying all the senses. It is sheltered from the view from the road and neighbors. The entire rock towards the river is glass. There is a river and waterfall visible from every part of the house. The house is superbly equipped: jakuzzi, swing, Finnish sauna, massage armchair, dishwasher, washer, everything you need for a stay. Bed linen, towels, sauna sheets, almonds, slippers, fireplace. All equipment in the kitchen.

Lavanda Land is situated only 200m from river Mrežnica. A private garden, sun loungers, hot tub and sauna are at your disposal. Guests have two kayaks at their disposal. As well as the possibility to organize a course on survival in nature for them, with prior notice. We also offer help in organizing excursions in the surrounding area. Free parking and wi-fi are provided. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. For stays longer than 3 days there is a welcome gift from the host.

Our wooden house is a family heritage and has been renovated to preserve its original character and add to its charm. The size is 78 m². All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic.
