Apartment has 100 m2 and it is situated in the house that has 3 more apartmants. In the apartman there are 2 bedroom (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) living room (with kautch on witch can sleep 2 person) , kitchen and bathroom . terrace is cca. 25 m2 big, modern interior. You can expect an very pleseant area for spending your vacation, the apartment is 50 m from restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket, 400 m from beach, 1000 m from center of the city, 300m from bus station. Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and the “Bi Village” camp, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days.

Our 3 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

This apartment also has a beautiful view of the sea and Brijuni National Park, which consists of 13 islands and islets. The pleasure of providing guests with a well-maintained seaside promenade of about 7km and bike paths. About 7 km away is the city of Pula, which abounds in historical monuments, the most famous of which is the amphitheater (the third largest in the world).

Fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location, close to the center of Fazana, reachable on foot with a walk of about 10 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owner also made us find a high chair for meals and the cot for our one-and-a-half-year-old!❤️ Natasa was super helpful throughout the stay, welcomed us upon our arrival and greeted us when we left. We were very satisfied with our stay and hope to be able to come back again! Thank you!!

Thank you all so much for making us feel at home. The apartment is more beautiful than in the pictures, the kitchen is new, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. You have everything you need here, the kitchen is super equipped. The courtyard is beautiful, peaceful. We spent 18 days here, and we didn't want anything. The beach is close, markets, Fazana is beautiful. Again, thanks for all, we will remember this vacation. Greetings from Nicholas and me.

We had a lovely stay at Luka's place. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and corresponded to the published pictures. Luka is a very friendly host and responds very quickly. Delicious olive oil can also be bought directly from Luka from his own production 😊 There is plenty of parking opposite the house. The sea, bakery and shops are easily accessible on foot. The apartment offers a good starting point to explore Istria. Thank you for the stay.

It was a wonderful week there and Mira and her husband were great hosts. The apartment is exactly as described and is in a prime location, yet it is relatively quiet there. Every now and then you can hear something from a small bar in the backyard with the bedroom window open, but it was never annoying and with the window closed you hardly noticed it. Immediately after the apartment handover, I was invited for a coffee and a small welcome drink, everything was very warm and you immediately felt welcome. I was able to park directly in the backyard, so the car was right by the apartment. The view from the kitchen window is wonderful, I would love to wake up every day like this, with the coffee in my hand and looking out of this window, just wonderful. I would stay there again anytime. Definitely recommend!
