Byt je situován nedaleko sjezdu z dálnice D1, nádraží Ostrava – Svinov, tramvajová zastávka je od bytu cca 50m, v blízkosti jsou také autobusové zastávky. Byt se nachází v prvním zvýšeném podlaží. Restaurace, hospůdky, obchůdky (lékárna, potraviny, masna, drogerie), kavárny i řecká taverna jsou v nedaleké blízkosti.

The development is just a few minutes' walk to the city center (about 10 minutes). There is also a grocery store, hospital, train station, trolleybus line nearby.
