Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Fire station in Österlen

The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The renovated guesthouse is attached to the main farmhouse, which is also an architect atelier. 2 bedroom unit with a living-room, bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. The Old Brewery House

This special place is located on a horse farm close to everything on Österlen. Brygghuset offers a permanent standard with a large kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, private patio, and unlimited space for cars or other vehicles. Two bedrooms with double beds. The farm is located north of Ystad, near Tomelilla, the Tosselilla amusement park, and the Fyledalen nature area.
