If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Next to the buildings, there is meadowland and to the east, you will find a smaller private pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
