Welcome to my listing, "Umi Oyabun"! I'm Shou, the owner. What kind of inn is this? I don't have the vocabulary, so I'll quote and introduce reviews from guests. Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありのローケーションです。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名です。（3年後にビジターセンターがオープン予定です） 寒い時期はお抹茶が美味しい時期です。ご希望がありましたら、お申し出ください。（時間は５時位まで／月木以外） 当施設は、夷隅川を見ろす場所に位置し、地Ge盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)
