It is connected to Lotte Department Store and Sinjoong Station (subway station) through the underground passage. It was a high-rise, so the city view was good, and all the facilities were neat and very quiet. Except for the water pressure being slightly weak by my standards, everything was very satisfactory.

I lived in Ilsan for a long time, but I didn't know the lake park view was this beautiful. It was perfect except for the external noise and the soundproofing inside the officetel being a bit worse than I thought.

I went with an 8-month-old baby, but I missed the fact that there was no door to the room.. It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

It was a really nice place! I felt like the host cared a lot about every single accessory and the whole interior. There was a karaoke machine with the latest songs, an apartment, and a hot water boiler. It was a really good house with everything. It's much prettier in real life than in the photos. I had a really good rest!!

It was a place I booked because I wanted to rest while watching the sea, but the view was so open that it was nice, and all the nearby eateries were within walking distance, so I had a good rest. The atmosphere of the accommodation itself was so good, and it was neat and nice. I think I'll use it here again in the fall!

It's a good place to stay for both business trips and travel. I think you only need to bring a foam cleansing or a makeup remover tool. It's also convenient to cook simple meals. It was nice to have only the necessary furniture, so it felt spacious. The scent of the diffuser in the accommodation was so good that I slept very soundly. The bed is also very comfortable!

Loved the apartment, very bright and cozy. Everything you need is in the apartment. Nearby, within walking distance, is the park where we walked every day. Good location of the house. Responsive host. On my next visit, I will definitely stay in this apartment again.
