The Beach life in New York State at its best. Sylvan Beach is ready for you and your family to enjoy this beautiful coming summer. You are just steps away from the sand in this safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance from the house; restaurants, stores, fishing and the lime life that the beach offers. Within 15 min driving time there is golf, Turning Stone Casino, and Vernon Downs Horse Track. Destiny Mall is 25 min drive away. We have kayak rentals, adult supervision needed.

There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
