Great private home, everything you need for a weekly stay. Available coffee , tea for morning and appliances for them. Shop nearby with everything you need for breakfast or lunch. Getting around the city attractions is easy with tram 2, which is a 2-3 minute walk from home. The castle , cathedral and art museum are a 20-25 minute walk away. Close to faculties. Lovely location. I recommend Mathis home. Responsive host. I and my husband were very pleased.

We really liked our stay at Didier's apartment. Very central location. The space was big enough for four of us. Kitchen was well equipped. We used this apartment as a good home base for making trips to Saumur and Chenonceaux. The only downside was the TV set. Although it was large, it was not a smart TV. So we were not able to connect it to our laptop or phone. We would like to come back to this apartment next year if this issue is fixed.

I came to Angers to visit my son. Stéphane's place matches the photos and we have everything we need to make our own kitchen. everything was perfect and we had a great time staying there. The accommodation is very well equipped with touches that matter: coffee pods, herbal tea, condiments... dishwasher tablets... It is very clean and well prepared, beds made. The only downside is the bathroom with an old bathtub and faucets. We were missing a sorting bin (for packaging). Delphine is a friendly and considerate host.

Our stay at Alexandre's place was perfect, such a lovely place(super cosy), clean and quiet. Reallt good location aswell close to everything, we have nothing to complain about and we'll definitely book again when we come back. we recommend 100%.

My friends and I had a great time. The many beds available are the highlight of the accommodation. The home is well placed and the city center easily accessible. The mode of access to the accommodation is very convenient.

We had a great stay with my family! The accommodation is very nice, perfectly equipped and really comfortable, it immediately feels like home. The bedding is of very good quality, and the surrounding calm allows total rest. We were lucky enough to enjoy the garden and its facilities, a real plus. We stayed for a week in Thibaut's family home. Thibaut is very friendly and responsive and he gave us precise instructions regarding both the house and the feeding of his animals (1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and 2 chickens). The house is an old house, tastefully renovated, very clean and extremely quiet but which unfortunately includes many steps that can be a problem for people moving with difficulty, which was the case in our family. The house is ideally located for visiting the area and the town has all the local shops a few minutes walk away. There is no parking lot in front of the house, but very easy on the surrounding streets.

A favorite for this beautiful, comfortable and beautifully decorated house with a particularly pleasant terrace and garden.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.
