Place is located in a great location with an awesome view over the mountains. Host very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to stay and will definitely be coming back.

Its a great private oasis for families and friends who want to have a good time together. Facilities are nice, specially the pool, outdoor bbq kitchen and the big hall for coming together. Indoor kitchen and toilets need some love ;-)

It was the well deserved break my family and self were looking for The rooms were very spaciouss. Furniture good quality and the villa overall was amazing we really really enjoyed the stay a lot. If your looking to be in Sifa and excluded from the Sifa crowed than this is the right place .very well kept property will surely be back again

The house was better than our expectations, the pool and hot tub are even bigger in reality. The room was clean, everything was great, clean kitchen, clean pool, we had a little problem with the air conditioning but Mohamed found us a solution and had it repaired right away, he is responsive to all our messages, he is really the best of hosts. We decided to extend our stay so peaceful! Thank you very much to Mohamed. You can rent without a second thought. Thank you so much!

We had an exceptional stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat in the mountains. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the cool climate in total comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The caretaker was also very helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. It truly made our trip unforgettable. For the price, this villa was excellent value for money! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The apartment as described and photos are exactly the same as what I have seen in the app. In addition, he provided us with a complimentary pick-up from the airport. I like the web page he provided me which contains full instructions and details about the apartment, a useful app you need to use in Oman and some tourist attraction places. That was really underfull. Thank you so much.

absolutely serene stay! we enjoyed every bit of this place. host and caretakers were super responsive and attended to every small detail the breakfasts were an added bonus too. local eateries, coffee shops and supermarkets are only a few minutes away. absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to disconnect from the city and enjoy some peace and quiet with their loved ones.
