Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. Newly renovated smaller cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed, respectively. Stunning surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Endless bike paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses where one houses one bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).
