Nice place, just like home.

The place was very nice, it looked luxurious and stylish. It was beautifully cleaned, equipped, we had everything we needed, a lovely sunny new apartment. When the coffee ran out within 20 minutes, the owner dropped off. Kids toys were too:)

Helena is very kind and accommodating. The place was fulfilled in the expectation and I was very well there. Feel at home. I'd love to use it again.

Jarda is very nice person, who helped us and advised about the trips and attractions we eventually took based on his recommendations. The area is quiet and nice. The parking in the range of 300m is always available. It is quite close to the Globus Hypermarket area, which is reachable even by walking. (about 7 minutes). The apartment is very lovely. It looks as absolutely new. Highly recommended.

We were in this guesthouse for the second time and again we were very satisfied with everything, thank you and for the third time we will look forward to the whole family.

HP apartments exceeded our expectations :). Peaceful large accommodation with modern and clean amenities. Beautiful glazed patio where you could sit in October:). We were pleasantly delighted by the above-standard amenities for children - the opportunity to borrow toys, Albi pencil and books, balance bikes, stroller. Very kind and helpful lady. Thank you so much for a beautiful and modern place to stay. Everything was in order. The place was clean, scented, and no problem. The description matches the photos - we might say that even better than the photos :) There was nothing missing between the amenities (all the dishes, towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ...). The location of the place was also convenient, without noise, but in a location where everything is a short walk. A souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a cafe were just on the ground floor. If you're hesitant to choose this place, we recommend 11/10 :) Thank you again for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay in Karlovo Studánka.

Very beautiful apartment in a magical place. kitchen perfectly equipped for cooking. There's a lot to see in the area. The host was helpful, gave us advice on where to go, where to eat... thank you and we recommend to everyone

Martin's place was amazing! Fun lofty feel, great giant deck with a table, nice and cool due to AC. He was very responsive and was even able to fix a plumbing problem that appeared while I was gone with no disruption to me at all. Great place, I would definitely stay again!

Great communication. Great key exchange instructions. The amenities of the apartment were adequate, we were just missing blinds or curtains (a detail due to the child's sleep😊). The owner also prepared a small surprise in the form of sweets to check-in and provided equipment for the child - perfect! 🙌🏼 If we're looking for a place to stay in the area, we'd love to come back.

The host stood up to our sudden arrival (last-minute booking). Very kind, helpful, nothing was a problem. Accommodation ideal for athletes or active tourists. A clean and peaceful environment,nothing was missing. I recommend visiting the host's “Na One” pub - excellent Pilsen and a wide selection of quality rs.

The place was great! Everything was new, clean, and well equipped. The location is great – just a short walk away is Kaufland, which is practical, and at the same time it is a great starting point for trips to the surrounding area. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
