Part of a 1940s bungalow colony lovingly restored, “Georgie” is one of three cabins which stands next to each other, offering each guest privacy without isolation. My place is good for couples and furry friends (pets). You’ll love my place because of the views and the outdoor space.

We had a really lovely stay at this cabin in Boiceville. It rained every day during our trip, but honestly, we didn’t mind—it made the space feel extra cozy. We spent our time relaxing indoors, reading, cooking, and just enjoying the slower pace. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still a short drive to Esopus Creek and Phoenicia, which we enjoyed exploring when the rain let up. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, and everything about the stay went smoothly. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet retreat in the Catskills—even on rainy days—this spot is a great pick.

Beautiful and peaceful location with great restaurants and outdoor adventures all around. The sounds and view of the creek, especially at morning and nighttime, was priceless. My husband, closest friends and I booked to stay at Christina's for my brother's wedding that was down the road at Full Moon Resort. I can't say it enough, this was the most perfect weekend getaway! The chalet is cozy but also spacious. Everything was immaculate from the decor, the bed linens, the lighting. We cooked breakfast in the mornings, played board games around the huge dining room table and enjoyed the sonos surround system while we got ready for the wedding celebrations! Christina is an incredible host. She made our stay even better by giving us suggestions of restaurants in the area (peekamoose & phoenicia diner) and local hikes (giant ledge was incredible!). My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to come back and visit the area again to fly fish, hike or even ski! Don't miss out on the best stay in Big Indian! Christina's chalet is truly magical!

This was a great spot! We loved Ann’s cabin - cute, cozy and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Beautiful surroundings, secluded but close enough to town. Lots of hiking and surprisingly great restaurants - Peekamoose and the Phoenicia Diner are a must. Very cool area. Highly recommend!

The Deer Casita: Your Summer Catskills Hideaway

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 boys (7&3 years old) we booked the house because of how close it was to skiing at bellayare mountain. Cathy was very responsive and answer all of our questions. Home was clean and pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Cozy home. The stairs in the house were very steep, something to keep in mind when staying with kids and no drive way. They provided a baby gate which gave me a piece of mind during the night. Highly recommend staying here.

The open living space features a large kitchen island with a double sink and wooden countertop. Exposed wooden beams highlight the ceiling, while natural light floods in from expansive glass doors. A rustic charm is complemented by plants and cozy seating arrangements in the background.
