Very spacious, 64 m2, 2 rooms apartment, in Constanta, on the black sea coast, just renovated, very clean and quiet, close to Constanta new beach (Reyna beach) and Mamaia resort (7-8 minutes walking to each of them) and many others atractions like aqua magic, luna park, dolphinarium, macdonalds and many other restaurants around. Each room has a very generous balcony and a matrimonial bed - 180/200 cm (king sized) Bed sheets, towels and hand soap are free of charge Full hd tv's, one in each room- 108 and 100 cm Free internet wi fi and cable tv Air conditioner Parking is free around the building The kitchen is fully equiped with everythig you need. Top-rated location in Mamaia, 50 m from the beach, Coral Beach Retreat offers an air-conditioned apartment, large furnished balcony overlooking the Black Sea, private parking for free. Free access to the private beach with 2 chaise lounge chairs & parasol (between 15 June and 15 September). Outdoor swimming pool available but surcharge ( between 15 June until September 10th). Famous restaurants can be found in the vicinity as Scoica Land, La peste,Hanul cu peste. Grocery store, 50 m away.

Locația este ideală pentru petrecerea concediului la mare fiind situată chiar pe malul marii lângă plajă in cartierul Faleză Nord din Constanța - zona Delfinariu aflata chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. In timpul perioadei de vară acest cartier devine o zonă turistică de interes datorită pozitiei sale excelente cu acces facil catre toate obiectivele sezonului, chiar lăngă plajele amenajate, baruri, terase si restaurante (renumitul restaurant Reyna se află chiar in fata apartamentului).

casa traditionala 2 cu iesire la plaja

Situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu acces direct către plajă, casa este renovată recent. Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Ideală pentru familii.

Sederea noastra a fost minunata. Apartamentul mirosea a curat imediat cum intrai, iar din camera se auzeau valurile marii, ceea ce a fost o adevarata incantare. Apartamentul este chiar la strada principala, insa foarte linistita zona, nu sunt cluburi in imediata apropiere, iar totul ni s-a parut foarte sigur de la inceput. Am fost si cu catelusul nostru, pentru care nu am platit nici un fel de taxa suplimentara. Comunicarea a fost extrem de prompta, iar Alexandra a fost o gazda foarte atenta, ne-a raspuns imediat si in cele mai... amuzante situatii (cand nu gaseam prosoapele care erau sub nasul nostru). Cu siguranta ne vom mai intoarce!

Am calatorit in familie, cu o fetita de 5 ani. Am avut suficient spatiu, de joaca si odihna, in bucatarie am gasit ustensule pentru gatit, chiar si apa, ulei, cafea... Apartamentul este foarte curat, spatios iar privelistea este minunata, aproape de mare. In imediata apropiere am gasit restaurante, gaterie, farmacie, supermarketuri, atm. Am fost super incantati de piscina interioara! Nota 10!

Locuința este exact ca in poze, locatia aproape de parc si restaurante. La plaja se poate ajunge foarte usor prin Satul de Vacanță Mamaia. Gazda ne-a oferit si un loc de parcare. Per total o cazare potrivita pentru bugetul acordat. Mulțumim frumos și revenim cu drag si altă dată!

Familie cu 3 copii, am rămas cu o super impresie despre gazda Tatiana, foarte comunicativa, ne-a ajutat super mult cu recomandări, apartamentul este curat, intim, copii s-au simțit excelent,acces la YouTube deci desene animate la discretie,2 minute de mers până la plaja ceva perfect pentru familie cu 3 copii, magazine peste strada cu de toate și cu prețuri decente, am și gătit, ap. este dotat cu multe ustensile de bucătărie. nu am avut nici un fel de probleme de nici o natură și așa se întâmplă foarte rar în vacanțe. Vom reveni cu siguranță. mulțumim din suflet pentru ospitalitate! Alex și Elena

Nice location very close to the beach (short walk through a pine forest), with swimming pools on the premises. It is suitable for families with children and not only, being a bit remote it offers a certain tranquility and at the same time you have a store and food service at the location to cover basic needs. Catalin is a nice host, being very responsive and focused to find solutions if needed. Just keep in mind that if don’t have a car, the only way to go out is by taxi (or long walks). Nice place to relax!
