דירת 3 חדרים חדשה לגמרי, מאובזרת ומודרנית. בעלת ממד, נמצאת בבניין חדש עם מעלית, במרחק הליכה מהים ומקניון ״מול החוף וילג״. כוללת מרפסת ו2 חניות. קרובה ליציאה מן העיר ועליה לכביש החוף. ביציאה מהבניין ישנה תחנת אוטובוס, הדירה קרובה לרכבת. טלויזיה, וייפי, מזגן, מיקרו, תנור, כיריים גז ,מקרר, קומקום, מצנם, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. הדירה מתאימה ל6 אנשים, ישנם 3 חדרי שינה עם 3 מיטות זוגיות. חדר שינה ראשי עם מקלחת ו2 החדרים הנוספים עם מקלחת משותפת. הדירה בקומה 6 משקיפה לים, בכל שעות היום במרפסת שמשי ומואר.

A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.
