Had all the facilities needed, very good value. A few practical issues with an aging building but the host was very helpful.

Attention, des logements de vacances sont en construction aux alentours, occasionnant quelques nuisance sonores mais ça ne devrait pas durer. Hôte pas très réactif dans les échanges mais répond toujours aux messages au final. Je recommande.

We had a very enjoyable two weeks at Natalie and Simon's place. The sunsets were incredibly beautiful given the unobstructed views right from our balcony. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Our hosts made sure we were cosy and warm by heating the place for us when we got home from our daytrips in the evening. We also had a steady supply of fresh eggs, oranges and more. We recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a slower paced rural lifestyle, perfect for rest and relaxation and exploring the area.

What a great spot to stay near Góis. Its small but it has everything you may need besides a perfect location near the river. Tomé is a fantastic host and give us lots of great tips.

This is a one of a kind experience! Outside terrace with the grill is a wonderful spot to kick back, have a drink and enjoy the sunset. Beautiful old furniture and accessories that make you look twice. Beds are a little short for me with my 1,98 meter. But there is one without a foot board, so I still could stretch my legs. Kitchen provides you with everything you’ll need. If you visit during winter, bring some warm socks; the floor can get chilly. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans cette maison à Dornes. Elle a un charme fou, fidèle en tout point à l’annonce. Située au bord d’une rivière paisible qui ressemble presque à un lac, le paysage est tout simplement magnifique et apaisant. La maison était parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe, confortable et très bien équipée. Claudio, notre hôte, a été d’une grande réactivité et d’une disponibilité exemplaire, ce qui a vraiment facilité notre séjour. Le village de Dornes est également plein de charme. Bref, un vrai petit coin de paradis que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Maison très agréable. La cuisine extérieure qui donne sur la piscine permet de vivre dehors et de profiter de l’extérieur au maximum. Tout est très sécurisé pour les enfants en bas âge. Savon à disposition dans toutes les pièces d’eau, serviettes à disposition pour la piscine. Nous avons passé un Sejour de rêve loin de l’effervescence des villes. Si vous cherchez une parenthèse calme et ressourçante ce lieu est totalement adapté. La literie est aussi de très bonne qualité.

Wonderful, restored (now modern with nice furnishings) mill house. Very charming with lovely outdoor sitting areas and garden. Nice living room overlooking the river. Good location for visiting Coimbra and the schist villages and for doing nice hikes in the hills. Nice to have four mountain bikes to explore on. David was very responsive and provided good local recommendations.

Lovely holiday house! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Comfortable and very well equipped. Clean and cosy. Friendly and responsive host. Will definitely make another trip there! To take note: the roads are not easy to navigate and arriving in the dark was tricky. Would advise arriving with a little daylight to make it a little less stressful.
