The house is located under a forest, in meadows near the Cisowy Jar reserve on a large two-hectare plot, surrounded by glacial hills typical of the Mazur Garbatych region. It's a great area for hiking and biking. In the immediate area, you can observe deer, deer, elk, and many species of birds. It is close to the Cisowy Jar reserve and to Szeska Góra. It is also a good starting point to the Borecka and Romincka Forest, on Rospuda, Czarna Hańczę or the desert lakes.

Perfekt für Personen, die die Stille der Natur am See suchen. NICHTS FÜR PARTY-LEUTE. Sie wohnen in einer stilvollen Wohnung im seitlich offenen Erdgeschoss des Hauses mit separatem Eingang. Das Grundstück ist 3 ha gross, hat ca. 100 m Seeufer-Linie und einen 500 m2 grossen Teich mit Relax-Bereich (Liegestühle, Schaukelbank, Esstisch + Stühle, etc.) Ein kleines Boot steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Der See ist ca. 250 m vom Haus entfernt.
