Hayley is the perfect host, accepted my request at short notice, very friendly and responsive. The Annex is very well equip has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, squeaky clean warm and cosy with lots of space....a real Gem! I highly recommend a stay at Haley's Annex you won't be disappointed, I would deferentially book again! Hayley many thanks!

What a treasure this place is. It's not just beautiful, peaceful and extremely homely - it's loved, full of stories and life. Shane is a perfect host - kind, responsive and dedicated to providing a lovely space. Even better is that he built it himself - so every little part has a purpose and a story. He knows each tree in the garden. There are peacocks, hares, deer and birdsong. Some places are meant to make people smile :-)

This was such a peaceful place to stay for a long weekend! The lodge is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, comfy seating area and large veranda. As it's the end of the run it felt private and the view of trees and sound of birdsong was very relaxing. Just what we needed!

We stayed on a half term break with our three boys and our dog. The cottage is an amazing place; totally secluded, so homely and set up with all the convenience you’d want. Lucasz was brilliant getting us checked in with all the information we needed. We used the place as a base for great walks, and some sightseeing for the kids. We’d definitely come back. Thanks!

We had a fabulous few days in Alfrick. Jill was a great host who communicated well prior to our trip. The house was spotlessly clean, quiet and extremely comfortable in all regards. It was also in a great location for exploring the local area. We enjoyed some fantastic walks and the local pubs too! Also enjoyed visiting the community shop for groceries and delicious fresh coffee and cakes. Many thanks Jill 😃.

Ally & Simon are incredibly great & helpful hosts. Their accommodation is absolutely spot on, clean & modern. Beautiful garden and the whole house. Definitely recommend staying there, very close to the town centre, great location. Parking spot in front of the house. We will be definitely coming back. We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Excellent. Had everything we could need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice bathroom and shower. A proper little apartment really. Marie was always responsive and made sure we had everything. Our stay was brief but we certainly enjoyed it.

What a fabulous stay we had at Rimmer’s Farm House. An absolutely stunning house and an incredible welcome hamper including cake, Easter chocolate, dog treats, fresh eggs, milk, breakfast juices etc. The house is extremely spacious and the hosts have thought of just about every additional touch to make it a very special stay for families and friends.
