Lakefront private cottage right on 47 acre Tracy pond. This pond has no public access so it is very quiet with only my home and another Air BnB rental on the 25 acre parcel. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

This is a special little place with many thoughtful touches from the owners. The king size bed is so soft and comfortable, with matching cozy robes that make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel! The reclining couch is amazingingly comfortably too! All throughout there are just details and care. You can hear the river rushing by which is so soothing, and there is a nice little outdoor table to eat at it. It's a small space, perfect for a couple, but I was there with my son, who stayed on the sun porch and slept on the day bed and that worked great. The host was gracious to make sure I understood the kitchen was a kitchenette so it is really just functional for simple cooking (i.e. I could make bacon and eggs each morning on the little burners, and we also used the grill they provided. There is also an air fryer that can be used to bake etc) All in all I would definitely come back here - great location, well-kept lovely cottage, wonderful hosts.

My two friends and I went to a concert in Bangor Maine, and we needed a close place to stay at. Seth’s Airbnb was perfect. We only stayed overnight but it was perfect for what we needed. There is a huge comfortable bed, a cot, and two couches so lots of options for sleeping. Overall it was a great stay.

We were in town for a graduation so that’s all we really did but Reed’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and all in good condition, easy to find, parking, responsive and friendly host. Having the convenience store below was only a bonus, no downside. Little deck on back to enjoy the river was also a bonus. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Reed!

This place was perfect for my family stay. the property and home had everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. you could tell our host Olivia took pride in creating a warm and comfy atmosphere. My only problem was not being able to stay longer and enjoy it more. would have loved to have fired up the grill and sat by the fire pit in the back yard. my family absolutely loved everything. I would highly recommend to all thanks to olivia

Kyla’s home is beautiful and it shows the huge amount of care and consideration she put into making our stay (and anyone else’s) out of town easy. The pet friendly home was the #1 reason we chose the listing and it did not disappoint the fully fenced yard was unexpectedly large and my dogs enjoyed their stay immensely also. Would absolutely recommend. The decorates home for the Christmas season was definitely a HUGE touch that I’ve never seen anyone else do. It was much appreciated

This was our second stay and again did not disappoint! Perfectly charming cottage on the lake! Even though the weather was a little chilly and rainy, we still enjoyed some fishing and kayaking. And to quote Jill, a rainy day at the lake beats a sunny day at work! Couldn't agree more!
