Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Located 10 minutes' walk to the train station, on Boulevard Longchamp, our house (T5/110 m2/5 people) offers calm, greenery and authenticity in the city center. It is built on 3 floors and opens onto a private courtyard. The neighborhood allows outings (many bars and restaurants), running (small shops/large surfaces/markets), walking in the park... You can easily walk around town from the house or go to the beaches or coves thanks to the tram located nearby!

Quiet area, close to the sea ( beach at 100 m. 1 private parking space inside the property). Beautiful flowered and shaded garden. Shaded terrace. Close to all amenities, shops and services. Bus stop (line 19) at 150 m. Sea shuttle to reach the old port in 25 min! And the Goudes in 20 minutes, departures every hour. Three beautiful and large bedrooms of 15 square meters at least with plenty of storage. Haven of peace. Close to Calanques Park.

Located in a village district, it is composed of 3 levels, a ground floor with autonomous access to the street, a main room on level 1 of 25 square meters with toilet and bathroom and a sleeping area in furnished attic. Parking in front. We live next door.

It is located 100m from the port, 150m from the beach and close to shops. It is equipped with a private parking space which is very rare in Cassis. Cassis has a unique environment including the famous cape canaille as well as its calanques.

A little house rated 3 stars by Provence Tourisme on 2 levels, at the end of a little garden in the center of Marseille. Ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms for summer. Absolute quietness, 20mn walking from the old port, tram and metro 2mn, restaurants and living area at 5 mn walking. You have to walk through one bedroom to enter the 2nd one. 1WC en each level. Garden shared with the owner who lives accross the garden.
