⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. This is our second time staying at Jennifer’s home and we love it so much!! Jennifer’s home is beautiful, very comfortable and the decor is well done. The lawn and garden were prestine. We enjoyed sitting on the deck having a drink and sipping a cup of coffee. Our granddaughter loved the flowers and playing in the backyard. If she could she would've picked all of the beautiful flowers. Lol! This is a really extraordinary property and you couldn't ask for a better host. Jennifer is an amazing host!!

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

No complaints! Easy check-in and check-out. Really awesome location. We walked everywhere for the duration of our stay because it is so close to the entire downtown area!

The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The bottle of wine on the counter as a welcoming was very thoughtful. The area was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of instructions provided to make everything seamless and easy to figure out. My wife and I look forward to returning to this specific listing in the future.

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. This is a beautiful private spot. It was so peaceful and quiet. The cottage was very clean, bright with a very soothing color scheme. Lauren was very responsive to any questions we had.

Ned's cottage was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in the Clinton area for our short stay. The cottage is a short drive to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Clinton, great water view restaurants and a very good vineyard which also has terrific food! Thanks Ned!

We had a great stay at this cottage- it was a perfect size for our family and was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, and proximity to town. Hosts were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Would highly recommend.

Had a girls trip here this weekend and our stay was great! it wasn’t the most luxurious of places but it was cozy and gave the vibes of a beachside motel. Incredible location made it worth the price, overall really enjoyed our stay!

This is a spacious, historic home super close to Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. Rooms are large and home was very clean. Great location with nice outdoor deck and pool to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I wish we had visited during pool season, however we did have beautiful spring weather to enjoy on the deck.

just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Great apartment! Furniture is comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Neighborhood is peaceful. During my stay the cutting boards were stored between the microwave and wall (took me a day to find them)
