Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Tout a été super de notre arrivé au départ. Dardo a été au début très disponible pour nos questions. Par la suite, nous avons correspondu sur l’ensemble du séjour avec ana qui est extrêmement gentille, disponible et de très bons conseils. Merci à elle. L’appartement offre tout ce que nous rechercherions, la plage était à 2 min à pieds. Plage tranquille ou ne réside que les personnes présentent à l’hôtel et les locaux. La vue de l’appartement fait tout son charme et la terrasse appréciable en soirée comme de nuit. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal puisqu’il est proche des grandes villes mais aussi assez éloigné ce qui permet un calme assez certains et tres appréciable. Le bus 37 parcours l’île de Trogir a split passant par l’aéroport, un must pour notre séjour. ( petit tips, penser bien à donner l’endroit où vous vous arrêter avec le bus, cela va jouer sur le prix du ticket qui varie de 2 à 6€) Nous sommes déjà prêt à reprendre un séjour chez dardo. Merci pour tout !

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

My girlfriend and I stayed at this Airbnb, it was incredible. When we arrived to Split airport, the journey here was very quick and straight forward. Jelena was flexible with the check-in timings as we arrived in Split in the morning. The apartment itself was very clean and perfectly matched the description and photos and the rest of the house was beautifully kept. The view from the balcony was incredible, as it looked out over the beach, which was just over the road from the apartment. The area itself was extremely peaceful and well-kept, and despite the walk to Trogir being around 25 minutes , it was extremely scenic and safe. Jelena clearly explained to us where the nearest shops were and also offered us lifts if need be. I cannot recommend this stay enough and we will definitely be returning.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt 😊 Schon bei der Ankunft hat alles super geklappt – das Apartment war sauber, modern eingerichtet und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern 🏡✨. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Auch die Lage war praktisch, in der Umgebung gab es mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten 🚗 und alles Wichtige war gut erreichbar. Besonders positiv: Vanja war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen super schnell und freundlich geantwortet 💬🙏 Insgesamt eine richtig tolle Unterkunft, die wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können – wir kommen gerne wieder! 🌟

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning location, set on a promenade that runs the full length of Podstrana, meters from the sea. Whilst the beach isn’t private, it certainly felt so to us as barely anyone else used it. So so peaceful. The apartment was so well thought out. Branka has literally thought of everything you could possibly need! luxurious and a real treat. The free use of the sun beds, kayaks, SUP and large beach BBQ made it difficult to leave and we spent a large amount of our holiday just there relaxing which turns out was just what we needed! A taxi to Split with uber is super easy and around 7-9 euros. Podstrana has many bars and restaurants in both directions and really good quality too. The area is still in development in places so in a year or so we imagine will be a lot busier. For us it was perfect exactly as it was. I’ve never returned to the same place before as there’s so many places to see but for this, we will be back.Thanks Branka & Ivan

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad hier! De ruimte was fantastisch en precies zoals beschreven. De bedden slapen prima (neem DEET mee tegen de muggen), de badkamers zijn netjes. De keuken is ook in orde, met vaatwasser en goede koelkast, verder vrij basic. Vlakbij het appartement kun je in zee zwemmen, de kust is er prachtig. Er zijn een paar restaurantjes en een kleine supermarkt in de buurt. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen, een auto is wel onmisbaar. Parkeren bij het appartement was voor ons een uitdaging omdat de weg steil is.

Ivana hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen mit Geschenken und einem flexiblen früheren Check-In. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus, das man den günstigen Preis nicht angesehen hat! Tolle Aussicht, Lage direkt am Meer und super Aussenbereich. Ivana hat immer sehr schnell und super freundlich geantwortet und sich mega schnell um Probleme gekümmert

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

De vakantie villa is zeer goed bevallen. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer schoon en modern ingericht en beschikt over een groot zwembad. Ook de host was ook erg aardig, ze kwam vrijwel ieder dag even langs om verse dingen (groente, fruit etc) te brengen. De locatie zit dicht bij het vliegveld waardoor je wel wat geluidshinder kan ondervinden van vliegtuigen en helikopters, maar dit was niet erg hinderlijk. Om ergens naar toe te gaan moet je wel altijd eerst een drukke weg af, een (huur)auto is hierbij wel een must. Al met al hebben we een fantastische week gehad in Vila Ana.

Antón nós recebeu muito bem, explicou sobre o funcionamento na casa e nos deu dicas do que visitar aos arredores. Sempre disposto e simpático. - Vivemos dias tranquilos e deliciosos nessa casa. Quero chamar atenção para a cozinha na varanda: adorei cozinhar lá, com vista para o mar. - Como estávamos buscando tranquilidade e privacidade, acertamos em cheio. Escolhemos dias de descanso, mas também para conhecer cidades mais turísticas: visitamos Split 2x enquanto ficamos na casa (cerca de 1 hora de carro). Com certeza, umas das melhores experiências para nós no Airbnb ❤️.

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Seget Donji och hos Nikolina i slutet av maj. Det finns endast bra saker att nämna om vår vistelse. Väldigt god kommunikation med Nikolina både innan och under vistelsen. Väldigt hjälpsam vid incheckning. Fina tips och rekommendationer om området. Boendet var toppen och bekvämt, mestadels av vår tid spenderades på terrassen med blick över havet. Otroligt vackert! I anslutning till huset så fanns det flera sköldpaddor i trädgården som barnen älskade att mata med våra frukt och grönsaks rester. Bara en trappa ner från huset så kom man ner till vad som kändes som ens egna privata strand. Samt en strandpromenad där det fanns flera andra badplatser att välja mellan plus restauranger och taxibåt till Trogir. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse i all dess helhet, viljan att återvända samt rekommendera till andra!

Very friendly, great response time! Lovely clean space and it was very spacious for four people. The location was so central and our stay was perfect !!

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und vor allem die saubere Küche und da Wohnzimmer haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split, aber auch die umliegende Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

J’ai passé 3 nuits chez Tania et je recommande le logement. Il est assez facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, le logement est très propre et bien décoré, on se croirait à l’hôtel. Le nécessaire était fourni, Tania a su répondre rapidement à mes questions et me donner de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien situé, à 10min du centre, il y a une petite plage à 8min aussi c’est top. Peut être un peu de bruit à signaler mais ça, ce n’est pas de sa faute. Merci pour l’accueil je recommanderais à tous!! Vous avez très bon goût déco !

Ok so this place is a bit pricey compared to some but worth every penny. The location is perfect, walkable to everywhere. Fantastic balcony views. The bed and sofa are so comfortable The apartment was pristine We made use of the kitchen which had everything we needed. Handy grocery shop downstairs. Valeria is friendly and responsive to any questions. I have already recommended this place to friends who are planning holidays. I would definitely return
