Vacation rentals with a kayak in Okinawa

Takuya was the best host and Island Resort 76 was excellent. Great spot, just a stone’s throw away from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters. It was so much nicer staying out of town than in the metropolis that is Naha. At Island 76 it felt that life was a little slower - so you can relax, become one with nature and enjoy the beach - just the way it should be in Okinawa. Yet, it was a convenient place from which to explore up north or head into Naha for the afternoon too if you wish. Takuya and his lovely family were super friendly, had the best recommendations for us locally and Tsutsu the dog and his cats always welcomed us back too 😆

I rented this house with my family and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is amazing - the beach is right there and pretty much no one else around. We loved kayaking up the beach and into the mangroves. It was also very well supplied - with drinks in the fridge and charcoal for the BBQ. Arantiya was the perfect host - super responsive and helpful. Thank you so much.

We had one amazing week at Eriko (she communicated with us most of time) and Jordy‘s place. Very friendly and kind owners. The house is really well equipped and the private beach is magnificent. Without going somewhere else, you can enjoy the time doing, BBQ at the garden, kayaking (watching sunset, visit the mangrove), snorkeling and of course using the private beach. We absolutely loved staying here. We participated in a „Jungle Waterfall Trekking“ which was great, and recommend to anyone who like to explore the local nature. It’s definitely worth it. I had a relaxing time with only women and children with a family of friends. It was full of amenities, and I didn't use it this time, but laundry detergent was also prepared. The room is spacious, and the circulator is in operation when you enter, making it very clean.

The location and the room were so great. it’s so special to have the beautiful private beach right at front of the house. Therefore the garbage on the beach… was given us feel very sad in contrast. it’s a good authentic Okinawa experience to have a chill days on the island being away from crowds. We enjoy the small community and the corner store near by. We will definitely visit again and give a help cleaning the beach next time;) The host was very responsive and let us use their SUP boards. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it but thank you very much for the preparation.

The place perfect! Felt like I was in my own world and loved being able to relax and enjoy the garden. Walkable to an amazing cafe. Check-in/check-out was super easy and the host was super proactive reaching out and was very sweet to check on me to ensure everything was good!

The location, amenities, and host Kazu, everything was great.It is a facility full of ideas, and you can use everything in the facility, so you can play a lot of things, have a full kitchen relationship, and you can cook together.The weather was not very good, but on the contrary, I think it was good, and if the weather was good, I was busy sightseeing, but I enjoyed relaxing, playing, eating, and enjoying this time at home.Three generations of my parents and children stayed with a total of nine people, and everyone enjoyed it, and it was really fun.There was too much to do, so I didn't have enough to play. The host, Kazu, was also a lovely person full of hospitality.The story was also interesting. The location was not surrounded by anything and the view was dynamic and the rain was excellent.I would like to stay again! We had a wonderful time.Thank you very much.

A fabulous stay!! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos! Moika was always available to us throughout the stay. She waited for us when we arrived at the airport and provided us with a car. She gave us all the necessary information for shopping, excursions, the house etc... We kayaked at sunset, it was splendid! She gave us tickets for the Taketomi ferry when we arrived, it was very nice of her. We loved the bedding and duvets provided, worthy of a 5* hotel! Everything was very clean and very functional, we had taken the barbecue too. Stay away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the south of the island, we were quiet with dream beaches less than 20 minutes away (Yonehara for snorkeling, Yoshihara and Tabaga for the beauty of the landscape and water) Thank you for everything, we are delighted in every way!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. It is a stone’s throw from a very beautiful beach and the Airbnb is so kid friendly! Nice to have it all on one level after so many flights of stairs in Japan! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
