Instead, we decorated one room as a lounge and a library full of books. We pursue convenience with a simple and concise interior, a neat impression, a convenient flat design, and a functional furniture arrangement. The walls, ceilings, and floors are all white, and orange and red are emphasized as the main colors, allowing you to spend your vacation with a bright and light feeling. The purple sofa in the study creates a dreamy atmosphere of reading and relaxation, and please enjoy the yellow color on the bathroom floor in its own way. When you go outside, there is a swimming pool and a hot spa to wash away the fatigue of everyday life. Why not enjoy a barbecue on the deck next to the pool? In a quiet and secluded country village, we hope you will enjoy and heal yourself with a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by a well-kept garden and a low ridge stretching out in the distance.

Hwaeng is located in the middle of Jeonju, in Taepyeong-dong, Wansan-gu. Taepyeong-dong was the center of transportation and commercial district with the first Jeonju Station and Yeoncho Manufacturing Building in the past, and it was built in 1969 with 50m2 in the residential alley, a village of merchants, utilizing the flood and geography at that time. Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past.
