This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 100-year-old house at the foot of the sea and mountains in Echigo-Nanaura. It's too simple a house to be called an old house, but it's new in an old way. I hope you will make this pleasantness one of your travel memories. This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City (formerly Makimachi) 25 minutes by car from Makikata IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 minutes from Sanjo-En IC. The horizon of Echigo Nanaura spreads out below. Take a morning walk on the beach with no one else around. A hiking course that looks like it came out of a Ghibli movie. Nearby, there are cafes in the mountains, away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also spend time relaxing with a bento box from a famous shop in Iwamuro Onsen. Agri-tourism is also being planned so that you can enjoy cooking freshly picked vegetables. Relax to the scent of the tide and the sound of the waves, or go swimming, as well as climbing Mt. Yahiko, surfing, and jet skiing. There are many ways to enjoy the coastline, such as driving and touring. Please relax and enjoy your stay as if it were your own home.

Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, blessed with forests, lakes and snow in northern Nagano Prefecture. Nearby, there are many natural sightseeing spots such as Kurohime Highlands, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi. A building from the development era, it has been stylishly renovated using plenty of natural materials such as pure cedar, hinoki cypress, and plaster. We also focused on the interior and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". In the winter, when it is completely covered in snow, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape. You can follow animal tracks on snowshoes and go on a snowy picnic, or enjoy a bonfire and BBQ in the riverside house in winter. There are also 7 ski resorts within a 30-minute drive. This area is famous for its powder snow, and is also a great base for skiing and snowboarding. There is also a birthday cake service for guests celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. A house only surrounded by rice paddies and nature

　Outside the window, there is nothing for more than 10 kilometers. The rice fields are spread out, and one of Japan's 100 most famous mountains, Mt. Makikomi (1,967 m), is located directly in front. If the timing is right, the full moon will rise from there. 　You can relax while feeling the wind crossing the rice fields in the midst of the magnificent view. 　In early spring, the rice fields with water become like mirrors, green in summer, and golden in autumn. In the second half of October, the top of Mt. Makikomi is covered with snow, and the middle slopes are colored with autumn leaves. And in winter, it is covered with about 2 meters of snow. 　In the rice fields behind the house, we make rice by hand without pesticides, and you can also participate during your stay. 　WiFi is available. There is also a space for you to work. 　You can also cook for yourself. There are bars, restaurants, and convenience stores within a 20-minute walk (within 1,600 m). Parking space for one regular passenger car in the basement.

You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. Welcome to Hotaru, which is the only inn in Japan that used to a temple. You will have the entire building just for yourselves! And, check-in/out is done by yourself, so you do not need to worry of being physically close to anyone. Located 5 min drive from JR Urasa station, which is 90 min by a bullet train from Tokyo.　 Hot spring is 10 min walk. A beautiful trekking/jogging course is right in front! "Yuzawa Building" is open on 2019/2020 winter. It locates on east side of EchigoYuzawa station in a quiet street for only 4-minutes walk away. There is the public Onsen which is most likely used by locals and also, good Yakiniku shop and Soba within walking distance. Because the room is compact and cozy, it is the best choice for up to 4 people family or group. It has kitchen, bath, restroom, washstand are provided along with dining by 1 Western-room and 1 Japanese-room.
